Frustrating as hell, but what a finale to Leo and Elle's story. I am happy for them both, it ended on a happy note, it was touch and go there for a while.
I was very angry with Leo's decision, he was being played but he seemed to be aware of it. aghh!
Elle's conscious has a way of not only doing the right thing for herself but making others do the right thing too. I loved Elle's relationship with The Queen, Leo's mother was a really nice happy understand, and when Elle gets an invitation to the Ball it was very refreshing that the Queen SAW everything and had a feeling that things didn't quite add up with Leo and Karina.
OOH Stephen, vile vile man, even if he was only looking out for the Royal Family.
Lady Karina, a manipulative witch, even if she had an ulterior motive, Leo was never going to look good or honest with whatever outcome he chose.
Loved the Ball, and all the Drama that came with it. Elle and Leo being reacquainted gave me whiplash but happy with the outcome, give me a happy heart.
Thank for this opportunity, looking forward to reading all about Andrew.
Fantastic Read!!! I'm so sad to see these two go, but their ending was priceless.
I think Elle and Leo both have grown in this series. Both of them needing to take responsibility in their lives. Poor Elle is always faulting herself, and I swear I wanted to punch her a few times in this series. But at least she started to learn to love herself, and started to realize that not everything is going to turn to crap. Leo though..... that man is something else. Even though I wasn't quite happy with his decision in this one( read and see ), he actually tried to do the right thing. Having Elle in his life is probably the best thing for him.
There are so many twist and turns in this one. I'm so happy with the way everything went down. And I love love love Queen Penelope!!!!
Oh and bring on Andrew!! I'm so excited to see his butt handed to him. Victoria is going to have him by the balls. I just know it!
It was lovely....I'm a bit sad that Leo and Elle's story ended, now that they finally could be together, an epilogue would have been nice...even though I'm pretty sure we will read about them also in Andrew's story...so I really look forward to it.
Leo tells Elle they need to leave because he can’t do what his father’s asked of him. They talk it through & Elle says she’ll work & support them. Matthias’ contact with the local media alerts him someone (they believe Stephan) leaked the story of Elle & her professor in medical school. They pay the contact to silence the story but Elle suggests talking with the media to tell her side of the story. Elle tells the King & Queen (Leo’s parents) the truth of what happened in medical school. While she’s doing that Leo confronts Stephan but he denies leaking the story. Under his breathe, Stephan calls Elle a whore & Leo loses it by punching him. He’s choking him as Elle, King & Queen open the door. Leo finally calms down & tells his parents what Stephan did. Stephan threatens to expose the truth unless they call off the agreement with the King. Leo & Elle spend the day in Montovia seeing the sights. Andrew tells Leo that Karina, a girl Leo slept with for 1 week, is pregnant with his baby. Leo doesn’t believe it’s his baby. Elle leaves because she needs Leo to take responsibility for his baby. Leo flies to London to confront Karina. The baby isn’t his but she’s desperate. Her father is in major debt & she’ll get 10 million dollars to sell her story to media. Leo agrees to play the roll of the father believing it’s what Elle would want him to do. The arrangement ends when the baby is born. Then Leo will find Elle & win her back. Elle meets with reporter, Victoria Simpson, to tell her side of the story. The story doesn’t sell much but at least Elle & Victoria become friends. Elle receives an invitation to the Montovia state dinner from the Queen & invites Victoria to come with. At the state dinner the Queen greets Elle telling her she seated her with Leo so he could she the mistake he made by letting Elle leave. The Queen then realizes Elle is pregnant, even though she’s hardly showing. The Queen tells Elle to look at Karina explaining how there’s no way the baby could be Leo’s. Karina’s about to have the baby any day which doesn’t fit the timeline of when Leo & Karina were together. Leo is surprised to see Elle. They dance & Leo admits he still loves her. The Queen pulls Elle into another room where Karina is in labor. The baby comes & Elle sees the proof that it’s definitely not Leo’s baby. She gets pissed off at Leo because he stayed with Karina knowing very well he wasn’t the father. She refers to someone else he loves was alone & pregnant too. But before Leo asks if she is indeed pregnant, Elle runs out the door. Elle gets lost in the palace but runs into Matthias who shows her to her room. He also arranges a car for her. When she gets in the car, Leo is inside. Leo tricks her into admitting she’s pregnant. He says if he would’ve known she was pregnant, he would’ve dropped everything & gone to her. Then he drops down to one knee & proposes with his grandmother’s ring. She says yes.

By itself, this would still be "just" a three-star book. But since it's a conclusion, and I enjoyed the series as a whole (despite the hiccups), I decided to give the final one four. I'm not sure it's something I'd read again, as it's a little bit tiring with all the drama, but I'll definitely read all the other royal series by this duo.
It was a tense, painful, but ultimately satisfying conclusion to a rollercoaster romance. Whew! I was beginning to worry these two might never get on the same page. What a ride! And my question regarding Lady Karina was answered. (All books are reviewed as part of the six-book collection.)
Part 6 in The Royal Heartbreakers Series and what a way to finish the series. As with the rest of the books this part is also full of drama full of will he or won't he make the right decision. I loved watching Leo and Elle grow and watching how they dealt with the obstacles that were thrown in their way and I'm so glad they got the HEA they deserved. What I didn't expect was to read that we are going to get Andrew's story and I can't wait !!! Fantastic series that will keep you on the edge of your seat I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
Wow loved this series, a prince and a commoner, they both have trust issues with relationships, but will Leo finally give in to Elle, and will Elle finally let her past go.
I just love fairy tales! This book helps one believe that fairy tales do come true. As in all fairy tales, they don't come true without a lot of twists and turns.
Extremely happy to see that Ellie and Leo got their happy ending after all. However, it was a little anti-climatic at the end. I would have loved to see them marry and hear about the birth of their baby. But overall, this series totally rocked. Loved it!
I have absolutely loved this series! The ending to Leopold and Elle's story was everything I had hoped it would be. We have seen both Leo and Elle change so much throughout the series. Both have become better versions of themselves. They have learned the importance of having someone they can trust in their lives and how much better it is to have a partner in your life. In this last book, it's not easy sailing for Elle and Leo. Leo has some choices to make and although perhaps he doesn't make the wisest choices, they are done with what he thinks Elle would want him to do. Leo is growing up and trying to take responsibility for his actions as Elle has shown him. Elle comes clean about her secret, only to find out, it really wasn't the big bombshell they thought it was going to be. I loved watching Leo and Elle find their way through this series. I can't wait to see what is in store for Andrew and Victoria!
I did receive this book as a free ARC copy in exchange for an honest review.
I have read the other 5 books in this series. Book #6 will not disappoint.
In book #5 we see Elle & Leo loving each other again.
Leo & Elle are in Montovia at his families castle / family home. Leo has gotten word from his father that he is to work on the tax codes for the country and he isn't happy with this at all. Leo's mother is quite taken with Elle, they have made quite a pair. Leo doesn't want to play the grown up role of working, he just wants to exist there at the castle with Elle. However, he does realize that he needs to work, and be a part of society.
Leo takes Elle sight seeing around Montovia. Which she falls in love with. So many open green spaces that Leo's Grandmother created ages ago for the country.
Leo & Elle have another bump in the road. Elle heads back to the US to find herself. She isn't quite sure what to do or where to go. Her house is California was leased out to a family, she doesn't have a job to go to, in either AZ or OK. She just isn't sure what to do with herself. Elle has made friends with a reporter, Victoria Simpson. Victoria isn't just trying to make a buck on Elle's relationship with Leo, she is actually nice, and wants to become friends with Elle.
Will Elle & Leo be able to overcome yet another obstacle? Will Leo be able to grow up and take on responsibility? Will they be able to have a relationship that is not doomed?

Wow, what an awesome ending to the Leopold, Royal Heartbreakers series—it is one of the best I have read!! I loved Leo, and he is so freaking SEXXY and HOT!! Pure pleasure. Dirty. Decadent. Divine—this sums up Leo and Elle’s relationship quite succinctly. I picture Leo talking in a deep velvety voice when is talking to Elle (Mmm). This book starts where Part Five ends. This book was hot with some steamy passion, scorching hot intimate scenes. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, and I could not put it down until I finished it. Not only does it involve romance, intrigue, mystery, but it had a little humor. Leo and Elle had some trust issues to work through, but all the impediments that were thrown their way helped them to overcome the hurdles that were a testament to their love. There are several surprises and plot twists and turns within the story that makes it interesting. The collaboration between Ember Casey and Renna Peak is amazing. This book will pique your interest and draw you in from the beginning to the very end.
OMG...this series was very traumatic for my heart. I mean if you want a true love story...one that includes a whirlwind romance and lots of heart stopping moments then you have found it in this series. Leo...I mean I don't even have words for the evolution that he made though out this series. All he wanted from the day he met Elle was to become a better man for her. Leo has tons of faults, but you will fall in love with him because of those faults and the way he strives to be better. Gaaawwdddd and the dirty talk and his cocky attitude are just to.die.for!!!! Elle is a very independent, intelligent, and caring women...and when pushed to far she will turn into herself and shut down. Trusting is not in Elle's vocabulary at all...I mean she has be burned more then once by a man and is not eager to get burned again...EVER!!! The two of them are destined to be together so pick this series up to find out how there journey ends...and I am soooooo Fing excited about Andrew's story!!!!
If you think all the answers will be give, thing again. I actually loved that the reader is left with so many unanswered questions. In the final installment, Leo and Elle continue to be plagued with obstacles, disappointment, and communication gaps. These two have weathered so much, building their strength and helping them both realize who they are, helping them learn to grown and change, to adapt and open themselves up to life and love. And while Leo and Elle managed to work through these event, the authors have given enough detail to show the two together and open up another storyline in which I, as a reader, wanted to know from the beginning. So, as Renna Peak and Ember Casey work on Andrew’s story, perhaps readers will finally understand the mystery behind Leo’s reason for being sent to the Montovia Children’s Hospital in Rio de Campo in the first place, and learn the secret he has been keeping for Andrew.
This final installment was a real emotional rollercoaster. Poor Leopold. He's so clueless when dealing with women, and especially Elle. He thinks he's doing the right thing by helping another woman and standing by her, but he loses Elle. He thinks he has everything figured out, but will Elle be happy he deliberately chose to sacrifice their relationship to do the right thing (or so he thinks). I loved Elle and Leopold. They are two people who, because of circumstances in their lives, don't trust blindly. But even though they love each other, they keep waiting for something to break them up (which it usually does). Watching them learn to trust in their love, and to communicate with each other was fun to read, but emotionally exhausting, and made me angry at them several times.
This was a great conclusion to Elle and Leo's story. The pair went up against some hard obstacles and learned things about themselves but in the end found their HEA. I enjoyed watching these characters grow throughout this series as I have been hooked since page one of all of the parts of this series and had a hard time putting this book down. I look forward to the next part of the Royal Heartbreakers series as I have a feeling that it will have me just as addicted as this series has! I am sorry to see this series end but looking forward to reading Andrews story. The ending was slightly disappointing for me, I was expecting more drama. I am glad that Leo and Elle made it through all trials that were put in front of them. There were a couple of moments when I felt sorry for Leo, seems he can't do right for doing wrong. I have enjoyed watching these two grow and maturing. Finding out that they are both worth more than they think they are. I hope that Leo and Elle make an appearance in Andrews story.
This is a series that I will definitely read again.

I hate to see Elle and Leo's story come to an end. The story was a roller coaster of emotions. One where I loved them one minute and then wanted to slap them. It was back and forth like that through the whole series! This was their biggest relationship test of them all. Did they pull through? Well, you'll have to read to find out. Elle and Leo's story was a great read! I loved feeling the emotions from one extreme to the other. That's how I know it's a great read! I can't wait to read Andrew's story!
An ARC read for an honest review. Wow. Lots of unexpected twists and turns in this final part of Leo and Elle's story. A truly enjoyable read with just a hint at the end about the future story about Prince Andrew just to whet my appetite. Can't wait.
love this series..I was starting to doubt there would be a happy ending...some of my favorite book characters ever. I live a strong female character..I think she gave in a little to easy at the end but I couldn't have ask for a better ending
I loved Prince Leopold and Elle's story. All the parts were excellent reading, though it would have made a nice complete novel instead of individual books I am looking forward to being able to read Prince Andrews story next. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author.
Love this series. Hate that this is the end of Leo. In this book you get to the end but you need to read the first five books first. Cant wait for Andrew story next.

Overview
LEO
Elle means everything to me. But there are things she still doesn’t understand. Still things she doesn’t know about me.
She’s made me a better man. But my new-found conscience might be the very thing that pushes us apart…
ELLE
Prince Leopold surprises me again and again…but knowing that still doesn’t prepare me for the truth. I knew he had secrets, but I never expected something like this.
This. Changes. Everything.
My Thoughts
Now i can't figure out if i was supposed to read this series first or the other since the epilogue queue's up the other. oh well. at least what we have here is a finale and conclusion to the story of Leo and Elle that we needed and deserved.
If roller coaster loop after loop wasn't enough, well, i think that you get that and more in this final book. When we think that things are going well for the couple, that they've finally managed to sort out a way to be together and live up to what the King wants, things get crapped on again.
No matter how upstanding these two want to be,it seems like there are folks out there to see to their demise. Stephan, the king's personal assistant is one such person, clearly a man who's not content with his place by the king's side - he decides to take it upon himself to make their lives miserable and hopefully not just embarrass Elle but get her out of Montovia all together.
His schemes of course work in some instances and not in others, and we see quite a bit of world traveling because of this.
The other bit is that we get to see more of the dynamic between the king and his queen because each time there's a conflict, we see that it has to be taken to dear old dad, and it's honestly the affect that Penelope the queen has on her husband that makes you think that perhaps there's still hope.
So the journey here is one that's filled passion and romance because of course at the heart of things there's a love story blooming. But we also have so much tension and anxiety because these two just cannot catch a break and figure out how to be together.
I'm happy to say that we see the beginning of the friendship between Victoria and Elle and that things now make a lot more sense as to how they know each other. Victoria truly does play a key role for Elle and i think that we saw that in the future tense in a sense in the other series.
All in all, i think that we've see relationships grow and get destroyed. We've seen more people become the worst version of themselves, and we see quite a few people out for their own interests that are typically driven by money. The question becomes is love strong enough to get everyone through it and will there be some sense of closure that works for everyone? Well that i'm not going to answer for you although i'm sure you know how things end. Im bummed to be finished with this series but there are other siblings that we know about that perhaps could get their own stories next.
