The Book Awareness by Evie Bentley, elaborates on the concept of biorhythms, sleep and dreaming. I chose this book for my independent reading assessment because I like interpreting and approaching concepts and objects in a psychological way. I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in consciousness, reasons, and forms of biorhythms. This book puts together many pieces of research from experts. One of them is Malcolm Gladwell, he is one of my favorite authors of all time. His famous book, Blink, puts together the concepts of quick thinking and how it can harm and help you. Overall I liked this book because I like reading psychology in general.
