Blast The Sugar Out is, on surface view, very similar to most books on the topic: eat more plants, avoid refined/processed foods, and exercise. But the book is also concise, has a nice set of meals/recipes, and is full of easy to follow program/exercises. Those looking for a less complicated program, with clear goals and clean interface, will find this book rewarding.
