I've been married to my husband, Jonathan B. Weiss since 1960 and in business with him since 1972. We have practiced in Littleton, Colorado, since 1972, focusing on helping clients create dynamic, effective personal and working relationships. We have 2 children and 5 grandchildren.

As a woman, business owner, wife, mother and grandmother I think my most important job is to contribute to creating a world where people love and respect themselves and each other.
Early in my career I did this face to face with my clients and students. Then I learned that I could reach more people through my writing.
I know that cultural myths and misinformation prevent people from having the loving relationships they deserve. Great relationships are not made in heaven. They do not need to end when you fall out of love, are not always exciting, and are not limited to a few lucky people.
Great relationships do require information, attention, time and commitment to the challenge of creating them.
My biggest contribution is being able to see, feel and know that wonderful relationships are possible in challenging personal and business situations. I help you create your own wonderful relationships by helping you have those important conversations that build your relationships.
On a personal note, my life has been richer, fuller and more exciting than I ever imagined it could be. Two accidents, my introduction to Transactional Analysis in 1968 and to Feminism in 1970 led us to create a business and personal partnership that far exceeded my wildest expectations.
Each time I considered retirement, I discovered I enjoyed my work too much to stop completely.
A few years ago, Jonathan and I encountered Logosynthesis, a revolutionary new European process for guided change. We were so intrigued with this tool that could let us do work that used to take months in just a few hours or even just a few minutes, that we got even more involved. Now we are the only 2 certified Logosynthesis Practioners and Basic Trainers in the United States.
In my work, I am committed to helping people learn to love and appreciate themselves and each other. I have an unshakeable belief, based on nearly 45 years of experience, that people are doing the very best they can with the resources they have available to them at any given moment.
As a relationship coach, I listen "between the lines" and respond to what people mean instead of just to what they say. I search for the essential aliveness in my clients and encourage their uniqueness. I am not afraid to speak difficult truths, and I help my clients discover what is true for them and learn to communicate it with compassion, grace and skill.
