These stories are a compendium of writings from the last couple of decades that have holiday-related themes. I left them largely untouched as they are reflections of not only the time in which they were written, but also represent somewhat of a timeline of events, albeit out of order, across the Christmas celebrations in my life.
This is my favorite time of the year—even more so now that I have children of my own to share the festivities with. The holidays have always been magical, and even at my age now, they still are.
I’m thrilled to be able to share some of these memories with you in this extended Christmas card. I hope that they remind you of your own holiday celebrations.
