Contrived bit of fluff. Very shallow assessment of work life and how to improve it, but it is basically sound advice that one could have gotten without all the spiritual hokum that underlies this book. Be honest, loyal, confident, dependable and do your work. There, I saved you $18 ($25 for Canadians).
