Some of my friends hate that the Avengers (A) team is constantly changing, some of my friends really like the idea. I have to agree with the latter; I have always looked at the A as a 'tactical' response to a threat. As such it makes sense that different tactics call for different skills. I look at Captain American (CA) and Iron-Man (IM) as 'anchors' who have been there and done that: CA leadership skills and IM tech knowledge - who can beat that!
