Writer(s) has/have potential. Continue to hone craft. Multiple stories. The tales of the Irish mob brothers are ok. The rest of the stories are poorly and badly written.
Why o why do some people write in the present tense? Don't they read and notice how awkward and ill structured the sentences are?

Three Brothers
A really short novella with three, rich white brothers who are the sons of a Mafia Don who meet and quickly fall in love with three African-American women. The women are all well educated in spite of the hard times it took for them to become successful.
One son, Shane, meets the Assistant District Attorney, Kenya, who is prosecuting his father. Shane, with the approval of his mother and brothers, testify against his father who is sent to prison. He agrees to testify for the prosecution if the assistant district attorney spends the night with him. He plans for her to fall in love with him. She agrees to one night but ends up in a loving relationship with him. The second son, Colin, run into the woman he loved as a teenager, Camilla. They met at the wedding of Shane and Kenya. After a difficult reunion they agree to give their relationship another try. The third and oldest son, Patrick, meets and immediately falls in love with Kiara, who has a six year old son.
The stories have very thin plots, seemingly the basis for nothing other than very erotic sex. The stories are tied together by their mother who encourages her sons to go after the women they love. In spite of them disagreeing about their father's lifestyle, they loved him. Still, they decided to send him to prison. In spite of their actions, the father saved them and their wives when an evil Don decided to take over their father territory and to get rid of anyone who worked with him. Because of the information given to them by their father, they were able overcome the evil Don and his gunmen allowing them to all have HEAs.
As stated above, the book was simply a story of very erotic sex. It's a shame because with a fully developed plot and better back stories, the book could have been an interesting read. The final two short stories about sisters, Ashanti and Nia, were worthless. Even the sex was pitiful. Why they were added made no sense at all.

Good
Loved the first book in this collection, it had some mystery, suspense and hot sex. First book is about a mafia family, the middle son in the family help put his father behind bars. You would think that was the end but it's only the beginning. Someone is coming after the family. Who did their dad start a war with before he went to jail? Who will be able to save the family. The second and third books are about two sisters. A lot of sex and a little plot. 😉😉

Great Romance Compilation
This compilation kept me enthralled from beginning story of the McShannon brothers and family through the stories of Kiara and Nia. All the stories were well written and filled with love, excitement, romance, A little mystery and happy endings! I recommend this compilation!

Duplicate Stories
The McShannon family stories have been featured in multiple books, but I enjoyed reading about the two sisters, Ashanti and Nia and glad that those two women both for their HEA.

Good Series with a little extra...
I enjoyed the McShannon series. The stories were nice, sweet and straight to the point. Nice bonus short stories following the series. The 4 stars were due to mixing up paired couple names sporadically throughout the series.

Set of 3 stories with good plots and characters. Would have preferred the stories be slightly longer but for free -beggars cant be choosers-.
