Absolutely amazing! Mind blowing!

I've been climbing for close to 20 years and thought I'd seen it all. Learned a lot of new ideas. Radically changed the way I look at climbing with just a few simple little tools and insights.

Excellent overview, good, clear pictures and descriptions. This appears to be one of those 'must-haves' for people playing and working in a mountain environment.

Great, especially the rock part in frost 2/3. Too verbose, but good resource to go through before a trip. The scenarios are a bit much for light reading.
