loooooooooved it so much !!! The book is mixed with fiction and a true story that really happened in Kuwait in August 2, 1990 .
For those who doesn't know Asrar Alghabandy is a real character may God have mercy on her, she was tortured and murdered by the Iraqi invasion as so many were killed the same in that time, just because they were helping their country and people like (abandoned babies, sick children, wounded young male and female)
The details are amazing maps, directions, descriptions, Iraqis curfew, les miserable book !!!
How The Cap of Disney world and the bicycle helped Dannah !!!
💔💔💔
The Letters 😭😭😭 !!!
The Definition of Arabic Words are so good to be known !!!
The book is Breathe Taking I swear
It shows us that Kuwaiti families are kind, brave, helpful and friendly. And Kuwaiti people loves United State of course❤️

even though this book is not selling now, i was lucky to get a chance to read it!!i enjoyed reading htis book, even though the style was simple and classic.i think its mostly because i like reading books about the Iraqi invasion(which is probably the only history category i like to read, in addition to the Turkish history) simple but nice, utterly fantastic!!if u got a chance to read it , then never turn that chance down !! u will be delighted !!(btw, i think that this is the longest review i ever wrote!!!)

Awesome. This is a wonderful historical novel about a people fighting occupation. It's a human story that's timeless and universal even though it took place more thirty years ago. Readers will learn about a historical event that's well documented in a fictional style.

This book was poorly written. I can't lie and say the other way around. Even though the issue that this book is dealing with is a very serious and important one, still, it failed in every aspect to deliver both its emotions and message to its readers.
