Awesome novella by this author. We get to see Leo again but now he is protecting the women he loves and boy is this good. Again the storyline is what I have come to expect from this author and she never fails to deliver good booms with a great mafia driven theme.

I was hoping to get a story about the mysterious Leo and this novella did not disappoint except that maybe it could have been longer. However, it was nice to see the other softer side of Leo with his best friend Diana.

Imagine being in love with your best friend but you stay away for her protection and you feel she deserves better. But what it it was meant to be? For Leo and Diana the day finally came when there was no more room for denial but trouble came knocking as well. Leo pulled out all the stops to protect the woman he’s been in love with since they were kids. He had to lay it all on the table of his true career choice and once Diana was able to get past that she was all in. See, she’s been in love with Leo just as long as he’s been in love with her and the time came to act on it. As always, there was danger, excitement, suspense and lots and lots of steam 🔥🔥. Leo protected his lady love with the help of a familiar alps male 😉. Loved and another mob couple to love and admire.

Finally
Leo and Diana have been tip toeing around their attraction for to many years. When they finally get together it is amazing. I wish this story had been a little longer and included more details and characters from previous books. But it's a great short.

So Sweet
Good story for a great alpha & his strong, understanding, accepting lady love. They'll work it all out. Leo deserves his HEA.
