This book is a great resource for residents and their families on how to advocate for themselves in the nursing home setting. It helps put into perspective common problems and ways to work through them, such as working with the facility’s Ombudsman. I really liked at the end of the book the list of questions to think about and ask the facility when touring a potential nursing home facility to reside in.
