A deal with a sexy cowboy devil...

The wallflower, and the least -pretty, - of the five Ozark sisters, Ashley desperately wants out of this one-limping-horse town. Determined to prove to her bestie that she's not the same old Plain Jane she was in high school, Ashley tells the biggest, fattest lie ever. She has a boyfriend, and it's bull rider Colton Cross--overconfident, sexist and irritatingly sexy cowboy extraordinaire.

Colton's willing to go along with Ashley's lie--for a price. Because after a few mind-meltingly hot kisses with Ashley, Colton's figured out there's a sexy side to Ashley Ozark that no one ever suspected. As each -payment- becomes naughtier than the last, Colton and Ashley discover just how far one little lie can go...one wild, wicked encounter at a time.

Do you enjoy a good story with a fake boyfriend trope/sub-genre? You will definitely enjoy this book if you do.
Ashley is the quite sister and often gets overlooked so it's no surprise that she cannot wait to get out of town and start fresh somewhere else. But when her friend comes home to surprise her with the news of her engagement something sort of snaps in her mind and she convinces Colton to play the part of her boyfriend for the weekend. When Colton agrees to go along with Ashley's plan he doesn't think of anything other than the free beer and a few kisses he will get as payment.

Really enjoyed my first read by Daire St. Denis. Why do some people feel invisible when other people actually see them for the amazing people they are. Ashley has lived her life in the shadow of her older sisters & has always felt invisible. Colton has one dream, make it to the pro bull riding tour like his older brother. They meet up in her father's bar after a county bull riding competition & her high school best friend shows up engaged to a rich guy. Not wanting to feel like a loser she lies & says she's dating hot looking Colton, who she crushed on in school. With a plan going in & an end date already set they pretend but Colton isn't going to make it easy on Ashley & what starts out as pretending soon starts to feel more like a relationship. I received this book from the author for an honest review. This is part of a series & I started it 4th book in, now to get the other 3 books to see how they all got to where they are. Definitely recommend.

This latest book by Daire St. Denis puts a new and fun twist on the fake relationship plot. Desperate to impress a friend, Ashley announces that she is dating rodeo star Colton Cross to a bar full of patrons and then proceeds to kiss Colt without any warning. Now considering how she was just treating Colt, this is the last thing he is expecting but he goes along with it since it turns out he really enjoyed the kiss. Neither Colt nor Ashley were looking for a relationship since they both have plans that include leaving town but the best laid plans quickly go awry as both characters realize they have some serious chemistry. Of course the question remains will they do something about the chemistry and change their plans?
Great romance between the sassy Ashley and the brooding cowboy, Colton. Honestly what could be better than a hot cowboy? Especially a cowboy determined to make Ashley realize she is anything but invisible!

I am volunteering to leave a review for an Advanced Reader Copy of Wild Seduction. I was surprised at how much I like this book. If you are a fan of cowboys and sassy women, this book will be perfect for you. Even though this is not my "cup of tea" book, I couldn't stop reading it. In fact, I almost burn dinner while reading it! Anyway, the "force/fake" love and seduction in this book was great. Just a few hot pages but over all, well written. Plus there is a preview to another book but that was it. I want to thank Daire for NOT putting in bonus books at the end. But, an epilogue would have been nice :)
But even better, you could have done a "Ozark Women Seduction" with all 5 girls and one for the old man. Plus...Jazz and Clint? Anyway, not going to give it away but is it worth 4.99? and seeing that I didn't pay for mine? Well, let's day I ordered mine anyway because it was THAT GOOD OF A BOOK!

First off, my favorite...cowboys! Ashley's best friend from school is back in town for a visit, with news all about her perfect big city life...Ash, not wanting to seem lacking, has a random guy at the saloon she works at, pretend to be her boyfriend for the duration of her friends stay. Colton of course agrees after this blonde girl kisses him, and promises to pick up his beer tab. After at first, picking at each other to get reactions, they start to have real feelings. As sparks smolder and build, Colt & Ash discover they have mega steamy, sexy chemistry. They have a few bumps and misunderstandings on the way to their HEA. Really fun read.

This is a a yummy story. You've got fake boyfriends who turn out to be love interests. This is my first book by her but I'm looking forward to read some more. Ashley is a hard, quiet girl who had always been passed by by her family and friend. She yearns to be accepted. She sets out to show everyone she loves outside the box they have put her in. Colton is go getting guy. He is willing to go with the flow because it'll get him something, something he wants. It's a fun adventure, something to pass the time thing to do. He had his sights set on getting her into some heated situations, and it works great. The ante ups each time she needs more . What they don't realize it fake sometimes leads to more. St Dare write yummy, steamy scenes. If your onboard with that and a romance to boot. This is your story. I read this book in advance for an honest review. Hope you enjoy!

This was my second read of this book (I didn't review it or rate it the first time- but it was around the release month in 2017). I liked this story and I thought the characters were pretty well developed. The plot moved along well, there was a nice bit of humour and I enjoyed exploring their personalities beyond the facades that they put forward. Overall, a good romance.

Ashley and Colton play fake relationship while her friend Jasmine is in town. Things turn real. Fun story. Not real deep.

I received an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

I really enjoyed reading this latest book by Daire. The two characters Ashley Ozark and Colton Cross have an interesting start. Ashley needs a boyfriend to impress her friend Jazz. She picks cocky rodeo cowboy Colton, who is all to willing after they kiss. She quickly develops feelings for him but is convinced he doesn't feel to same, so she leaves only to see him again at another rodeo with a pregnant woman. Thinking it's his baby she returns heartbroken. Colton needs to act fast to win his girl back.

Ashley is a serious, intelligent girl who wants to get out of her small town by becoming a photographer. We read about her clicking her camera from page one so we know that it’s a real passion for her not an insignificant hobby. But she’s burdened with sisters who describe her as ornery or weird because she doesn’t respond positively to Colton’s casual name-calling. Her older sister says her full-length t-shirt isn’t doing anything for her. She has a best friend Jasmine who willy-nilly snips her clothes to make her more alluring (bra showing, cut-off jeans exposing her legs) and tells her Colton is the kind of man who appreciates when a woman looks like a woman—and apparently nothing’s more womanly than displaying a lot of skin.

Her friend Jasmine is beautiful, has learned sophistication from living in the big city and is marrying a wealthy man. She could have been a lawyer yet has settled for working in the beauty industry. But she may not even work at all because her husband-to-be is loaded.

That’s the lesson here, ladies. Forget about self-respect, intelligence or the desire to work for a living. A woman’s job is to look pretty for the guys, act demure, smile when a stranger calls her foolish names and forget about work because hubby will take care of everything, including paying the bills. The worst of all this is that these messages are coming from the women in the story not the men.

Dolt—I’m sorry, I mean Colt (short for Colton)—is of the class of men who think it’s fine to call a strange woman names like darling, sweetheart, etc., even when the woman indicates she doesn’t like it. In fact, he doesn’t even realize that he’s offended Ashley, frowning in confusion when the lady in question turns the tables on him by hurling back equally silly saccharine nicknames like honey baby, sweetie or sugar pie. He’s the kind of man whose idea of courtship is to rile a gal because he loves seeing her upset. (You know, the old “you’re so cute when you’re mad” nonsense).

Ashley’s actually jealous of her vapid friend’s good fortune and kisses Colton to make Jasmine envious. She then goes further and asks the buckaroo to pretend to be her boyfriend for the weekend. Colton agrees but only if he gets to call the shots. He likes getting Ashley angry; he’s going to show her who’s in control, he’s using his greater physical strength like grabbing her hand or tossing her over his shoulder and he’s giving her demands, upping the ante each time she suggests more time to their arrangement. (No “please” or “excuse me” from this guy. Every word to her is an order and she’d better hop to it.)

By the time Colton orders her to give him a massage, I’m the one doing a slow burn. As I read this part, I immediately started re-writing the scene: using olive oil instead of coconut because I want him to smell like a salad; heating it for 4 minutes instead of 30 seconds in the microwave; dumping the hot oil all over his privates when he plops down on his back.

When a romance has me plotting to roast the flesh of its male protagonist, I know it’s going to be an uphill battle winning me over to his favor. Nothing really helped. Colton pushes at Ashley’s boundaries as well as pushes her buttons. He’s smug, arrogant and demanding, insisting on telling her what to do in exchange for his “cooperation”.

With their relationship little better than a whore’s bargain, Ashley becomes enchanted with Colton’s hot body, his prowess in bed and…really, there’s nothing much else going for this guy. The author states that Ashley sees there’s more to him but I couldn’t see it at all. His big dream? Making it to some tournament involving bronc riding, a sport that requires a man stay on a bucking animal for eight seconds. Huh? Okay, to each his own.

Nuts to him…and hot olive oil on his nuts.

ARC for honest review with no compensation and my first book by Daire St. Denis but I will be getting and reading more of her books! ! !

This book, Wild Seduction is about one of the Ozark sisters and the Cross brothers…..Ashley Ozark who seems to think that she is invisible and always in the shadow of her sisters wants to be accepted for who she is….so while working at the family bar she meets up with her high school crush Colton Cross who’s only dream is to become a professional bull rider with no strings attached to anyone. Once Ashley’s best friend shows up at the bar engaged, Ashley decides to tell her BFF that she is dating Colton Cross which is a lie but she convinces Colton to go along with it….so begins the fake dating/relationship….

Will this fake dating/relationship prove to be just that….fake or will these two find that opposites do attract and make for a real relationship????

Well written, with some hot and steamy love scenes along with a dialog that keeps you reading….hopefully more stories about the Ozark sisters and Cross brothers…

The fake boyfriend thing can seem really wrong and unrealistic, but this time it was a bit like foreseeing the future. Ashley and Colton have instant chemistry and click immediately. As the youngest of five girls, Ashley has been invisible most of her life until Colt. He's very eager to make people jealous of their "relationship" but he eventually sees Ash for her and tries to boost her self confidence. Colt is not the typical rodeo guy with lots of women and partying, he's serious and respectful of Ash. This was fun and flirty from the get go with great characters and very steamy moments. It's part of series but not necessary to read in order. I was given a copy from the author and wrote this review voluntarily.

I love Daire's writing style. There is just something about her characters that draw you in. The storyline is pretty typical for a romance, but the characters make the story outstanding.

The heat level is pretty high as well and the chemistry between Ash and Colton is smoking.

I really loved that the characters have their own dreams and goals and worked hard to achieve them.

Ashley is a great character who is both strong and vulnerable. Colton is a good guy who respected Ashley while pushing her outside her comfort zone.

I have read so many of these stories where the characters are one dimensional but this is not the case here.

The secondary characters are also interesting and well described. I'm hoping that there are more stories for the secondary characters.

Overall, worth the purchase.

I voluntarily reviewed this book in exchange for an ARC.

I absolutely loved this book. It's fun, sweet and sexy. I was hooked from the beginning. It's well written, great storyline and characters you will fall in love with. Ashley is sassy and feisty. Colton is cocky and sexy. I enjoyed the banter between Colton and Ashely. The chemistry between them was off the charts sizzling and steamy. It's a must read. This was a crazy interesting book about Ashley and Colton.

Ashley's childhood friend Jasmine is back in town for a visit and to announce her engagement. Ash feels jealous of her friend who seems to have everything so she tells Jasmine that local rodeo cowboy Colton Cross is her boyfriend.
Colton was just bribed by Ashley to play her pretend boyfriend for a week and things are going to get interesting!
Things between Ash and Colton get really hot but when Jasmine leaves town Ash drops Colton and gives him the cold shoulder!
Will this be the end for them or not?!

I loved Colton and Ashley's story. Daire St. Denis has another winner on her hands. Ash gets Colton to be her pretend boyfriend while her best friend is visiting. Sparks fly and sexy times happen. Will they part ways when Jazzy leaves? This book kept me flipping the pages until the end. Daire is one of my favorite authors and I can't wait to read more from her. If you love sexy Cowboys and feisty women, then one-click Wild Seduction and go for a ride.

I received an arc of this book and this is my voluntary and honest review. I also preordered.

Absolutely fabulous! I loved the author's writing style, her characters, their story, and the emotions this story evoked. Oh, and don't let me forget the cowboys! Who doesn't love cowboys?! I'm salivating just thinking about them all...

Wild Seduction had some of my favorite tropes - fake relationship, second chance, enemies-to-lovers. The major theme here was the fake relationship. The other two I'd use extremely lightly. Colton and Ashley were in grade school together, and Ashley had a crush (hence the second chance). Colton being the wild 10 year old that most boys are, was mean to her (and here's your enemies-to-lovers). Since he moved away before anything could be resolved in their teens, Ashley held on to the hatred that her little girl soul harbored all those years they were apart. Then in walks her fabulously put together best friend, Jasmine, and all the jealousy Ashley felt towards her comes back with a vengeance. And Ashley finds Colton in front of her at the perfect moment. How else could she make it look like her life was as put together as Jasmine's? From that point on, this fake relationship had disaster written all over it. What started out as a fun and flirty show for their friends and family quickly became everything you could ever want in passion and love. Which was something neither of them wanted.

Colton and Ashley were the perfect match. They had an insane connection from the moment their lips first met. It was only a matter of time before they were both fighting to hold on to their individuality and passion for their work and not each other. I loved watching them acquiesce to their need and the feelings they were quickly forming. I hated seeing Ashley struggle with her self confidence, but I'm glad that Colton was able to see her uncertainty and pull her up. I also enjoyed watching the wild bull rider be tamed by the "invisible" photographer.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Readers Copy of this book.
