This was one of my most favorite books as a child...I will have to reread to see what I think as an adult...but it was a story of redemption for a child seen as a troublemaker...I actually ordered it from Scholastic Books at school...

I considered giving this two stars to honor my love for it as a 12-year-old. But it's really laughably bad so I went with one.
