good story premise, middling execution.
idea was a good one. a fine story got waylaid by overblown and flowery speech. say it once and say it well - repetition is not a writer's friend. i found myself falling back into teacher mode and grading this manuscript. i give it a c plus for creativity and effort.

Slow
The book was so slow that it was actually pretty boring. I was hoping it would pick up some but it didn't, so I skipped several chapters and went to the end.

Okay
The plot and story was good. The style of the writing was not to my liking. It was more narrative and repeated phrases too many times. The sex was meant to be loving but they use coarse language and certain descriptive words that me shake my head and laugh. Grammar and idealism a little to hard to fully believe. 2.5 stars.

I enjoyed it!
Read
December 11, 2018Barely started the book before I put it away. I can't force myself to read something so repetitive and too wordy. Flowery descriptions have a place but with this writing style it just seems silly and unnecessary.
