I legit think these two authors sit down and think up the most ridiculous scenarios possible. They are inconspicuously attacking that little part of our brains that tells us something is inconceivable and we aren't even aware. Proof in point: I am actually trying to figure out the viability of a pregnant virgin or a mix up of that caliber at a fertility clinic. I'm asking myself things like "but wouldn't they keep the sample types categorized?" Lol
I imagine an author exchange like this:
"Pregnant virgin!"
"Broody cowboy that had an unfortunate accident!"
"Put them together!" Hah
Mary Jane and Ty go through the trademark AR formula: Insta love, possessive alpha, hot steamy sex, HEA. These stories never feel long enough because we like them but they don't leave us feeling incomplete either. This quick erotic romance fix hit the spot and served as a nice cleanse between books. Looking forward to the next ridiculous story line. Safety: 100% Safe.

Branding the Virgin is by Alexa Riley. This is short, sweet and of course, sexy.
Mary Jane got tired of waiting for the right man to come along. She wanted a family, so she decided to start her family by artificial insemination. But the fertility clinic accidentally used the sperm of a man that hadn’t intended it for their clinic. Will the man try to take her unborn child? Will he want to help to raise him? The only way to find out is to meet him. So she takes a temporary job at his ranch in order to get to know him.
Ty was trying to save enough money to get his ranch started. He was going to retire from bull riding but his last ride injured him. He was afraid he might never be able to have a family now. So he spends his time working his ranch but wears a constant scowl. That is until a beautiful woman showed up claiming she was here for the job.
One look at her and parts of Ty woke up that he was afraid would never work again. Now he just has to convince this woman never to leave. He won’t let her leave.
“Something is happening here. It’s not just her magic touch and all that I feel when I’m beside her. There’s something deeper and sweeter, and it’s shaking me to the core.”
“It feels as if Mary Jane is about to turn my world upside down.”
This is another perfect little warm and fuzzy story that is sure to make you smile. Ty and Mary Jane were destined to find each other. All it took is a little mix up with the fertility clinic to help them to find each other.
There is some talk of Ty’s brothers looking for love so I hope AR follows this book with more of the Jennings family.

It's Alexa Riley time! Which means it's time to get naughty. ;) And we all love it, don't you deny it! Anyway, another AR short sexy and fun read. I enjoyed it and as per usual I wish the story was longer. But I can't wait for December, that's when the long version of AR sinfulness comes out. It's like an early Christmas present. Anyway, back to this story. If you've read any AR books then you know what to expect and I think there are very few now that haven't even once read an AR book. For the few of you, you fresh blood, you get hot spicy scenes, alpha OTT men and a great female characters that complete their mate. So yeah...nothing to complain about, right? And all their books are safe, so that means no OW/OM that come between the main characters. If you like that sort of a read, then you'll love these two (yes, there are two) authors!

I had NO idea this was a short read until I started it. It also happens to be my first AR read but I've had a few on my TBR shelve for quite some time and YEP, I WILL be reading more of her books in the near future.
This was a super fast read just as fast as it took them to fall in love. I REALLY loved both the hero and heroine and for such a short read of 43 pages that is saying a lot.
Branding the Virgin reads like every woman who fantasizes about meeting a SEXY Cowboy who treats you well and fucks you even better. There was some REALLY GOOD steam and the hero said and acted wonderfully towards the heroine.
With that being said, I'm really glad I read this!!

I never knew a grouchy, broody man could be such a darling sweetheart on the inside (just for his love and her baby, of course ;) )and melt and steal my heart, all at once, but Alexa Riley sure proved me wrong. Ok, the sexy HOT cowboy thing may have helped a bit too!!! LMAO!!!
These two were an unconventional pairing -recluse cowboy and pregnant virgin - , but they sure made for the perfect story! I couldn't have loved them more, and again I have to mention: Ty... Wow... From the moment he decides to take action, Lordy... He had me swooning all the way until the end! Straight up for my best book boyfriend list!!! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

Ty was the right amount of adorably grouchy, growly alpha, Mary-Jane the perfect blend of alluring and innocence and their coming together was quick, and sweet.
"Don’t be leaving my ranch."
The synopsis gives you the run-down of the novella, and I was left with a smile on my face at the end of it.
"Those big bastards fall hard."
I hope Ty’s brothers and, sister get their own novellas at some point, as I really liked the dynamic between them all. The banter was hilarious at points.
"Only you carry my babies."
The sweet, and sexy times were perfectly balanced, and the epilogues were the perfect ending. Another absolute winner for me.

If you haven’t read a book from them, you are truly missing out on reading a quick drama free romance stories that leaves you smiling big. With their Alexa Riley stamp of happily ever afters and insta-love, Branding the Virgin was another book to add to their long list of stories that was sweet, short, and ridiculously over the top lovable.

4 Ride me cowboy stars
I really enjoyed the story in this one. Usually I pick up these books just for the smut value only giving little thought to the story but with this one I fell into the story as well. I enjoyed that they did not jump into bed within the first hour of seeing each other, getting to know each other a bit first.
I will admit that I have a soft spot for cowboys so that probably helped this book out a little. I mean who wouldn't.....................
This was very sweet, usually I am not a fan of sickly sweet books but I guess the cowboy won me over :)

Hilarious! I had a lot of fun reading this, it is funny, sweet and of course sexy.
Mary-Jane always wanted to have family, but she couldn't find the right man. That's why she decided to artificial insemination. But the clinic made a giant mistake. They give her specimen from the wrong donor, who wasn't a willing donor. She decided to find the man and tell him personally about it. She found job opening on his ranch, and decided to take a closer look at the father of her child.
Ty Jennings is a grumpy man. He once was a bull riders, but after accident he withdrawn from life. When he saw Mary-Jane for the first time, he felt something... what he not felt for years... in his pants. Logically, he will not let her go now, no matter what.
It was really cool story. Something that the author does best - gives us a big, possessive men and funny and charming heroine. They are the perfect combination. I laughed many times, and many scenes have accelerated the circulation of my blood. As always very well-written short story. Especially for those who are crazy about sexy cowboys.

When you read an Alexa Riley book you are guaranteed a few things. You know it will be sweet, sexy and over the top. I happen to love and appreciate that about their writing. They are very open that their books are not recreating the wheel, but providing readers an escape.
If you are looking for a book that will provide you with the best escape and leave you with a smile on your face this is the book for you. This book is about an alpha male who was damaged beyond repair until Mary Jane arrived and a virgin girl who was pregnanted with his sperm in error. Yes, completely over the top and unbelievable, but that didn't stop me from enjoying every minute!
Branding the Virgin is your typical Alexa Riley book in that it's over the top, but provided the perfect escape. I actually took a break from my current read when I received this one. Sometimes a girl just needs to zone out and live in a world where men claim what they want and always mean what they say. Heck or even a world where things always happen like they should.

Virgin and PREGNANT Mary-Jane gets a job at the ranch of the ignorant father to be. It is her only chance to meet the father of her unborn child.
Ty falls straight away in love with sweet MT without knowing that she is pregnant and she is carrying his baby. And yes, she is truly a virgin.
This book describes a true miracle. Praise the lord!
By far, this is the most ridiculously smutty story I have ever read.

Alexa Riley has given us another over the top sexy read that I enjoyed. What I like about Alexa is that I know that if I only have a little bit of time and need my reading fix, I can always pick up one of her books for that. Her stories are usually OTT, insta-love, but I can't get enough of them. She even gives you a warning with this one...

Mary Jane (MJ) has been looking for love, but has had no luck. She really wants to have a family of her own, so instead of waiting around for the right guy to come along, she decides to take matters into her own hands.
MJ goes to a clinic to have artificial insemination done. She doesn't need a guy in order to have her family. Everything seems to be going smoothly until she gets a call that there was a mix up with the sperm they gave her. The baby she's now carrying is from a guy who never gave his consent to be used like that. She has to tell him, but she's scared and doesn't want any type of legal battle.
Ty was a former bull rider. After a riding accident, Ty has had issues getting it up, thus the reason why he had sperm taken and frozen. The doctors weren't sure when or if "it" would start working again, but told him it could happen at any time. And low and behold, it only takes one look at MJ when she arrives at his farm, for him to realize that it still works.

Ty hired MJ to work on his farm, helping out with the books and around the house. He has no idea why she's really there, but with that one look he knows he wants to keep her. He immediately starts to think and plan on ways of doing just that. But once he finds out about the baby, his baby, will his feelings change?
Yep, like I said, AR has written another OTT insta-love situation that when combined makes some of the sweetest, sexiest books and I can't stop reading them. If you have some time to spare and don't mind those attributes, then you may just enjoy these books too.

Fucking hell, AR have outdone themselves.
This is so cheesetastic, over the top and RIDICULOUS, but I loved every single page.
I mean, it's not every day you read a story where the leading lady's MAGIC VAGINA fixes the hero's broken peen. That's right, I said it. BROKEN PEEN. A++

Two things about this book -
1. Every time the characters orgasm together (in any book) I hear this song by KONGOS called 'Come with Me Now' playing in my head on repeat. It's rather distracting.
2. I wonder what it would take to get my other half to dress like a cowboy. Or, even better, how much it would cost to holiday on a ranch with a real cowboy just like Ty. Yes. Yes, I like that idea better.

3* Virgin Mary STARS!
Still with the same formula. Virgin + Caveman (in cowboy version). No hate no love. Slightly enjoyable and unbelievable. I don't understand why Mary-Jane or MJ get pregnant with wrong insemination. Someone please enlighten me? She came to Ty Jennings (whose the sperm owner) and apply as the new hire. Getting to know the future daddy, you know.
At first, Ty has such a crude mouth. He didn't know other words than SHIT and FUCK. But this man really marshmallow inside. Even she did nothing, Ty quickly fall in love with her. This is a short sweet completely OTT insta love.
Mary-Jane is a pregnant virgin, oh yes she is plus there's been a mix-up at the sperm bank, she's been inseminated with the sperm of a man who didn't give permission and so she needs to find this father of her unborn child and tell him. The father in question is Ty and he's been having trouble since he was injured in a bull-riding accident and it's looking like his dream of a wife and children is just that, a dream.
This is a cute short hot read, nice characters and hot sex.

I loved it. But....AR books are like someone giving you a taste of an awesome dessert and then denying you any more. They are TOO short! But like dessert, no matter how small, I certainly will never pass one up!

No books for weeks and I missed it! The best book to read is the one of your favorite authors's books.
A pregnant virgin and cowboy? I loved it! Who wouldn't, right?
The story is about Ty and Mary Jane or MJ.
Mary Jane wanted a baby and now, she's pregnant through insemination but the doctor made a mistake by giving the sperm from an unwilling man because the man didn't know about it and it's a sample they got from him at the time he was injured.
Ty's a retired bull rider. He's one of the best. And now, he owns a ranch. He needed to know about the mixed-up. She's worried he'll take the baby away from her but still decided to go there to tell him about the baby.
He wanted to have a family but because of the accident, he thoughtit's not possible for him anymore. Then she came. He knew the moment she stepped out of her car that she's the one for him but he's still an a**hole the first time they met. He changed right away and was really gentle and sweet.
I liked how he accepted the baby before he even found out the baby's his. He's already protective of him.
It has an epilogue with marriage and a baby and I'll read the next book right away.

I think this was the shortest AR book I've ever read!
It was missing the obscene amount of smut I've come to expect. It wasn't filthy, nasty or naughty. In essence it was low on plot and on sex. Maybe they're trying a new formula for their work??? I'm not sure but it didn't work for me and I've always loved their books. This one read like late night soft porn on TeleLatino.
That being said, I will always one-click AR and this won't stop me. I'm just going to look at it as an aberration, a glitch in the software, and move on.

I had a binge read of Alexa Riley books and then I took a break. But I couldn't help but read this one! I'm a sucker for Texas romance.

It was EXCELLENT!
A super adorable cowboy family- sexy hero- adorable heroine- and heartwarming story!!
