Some of these type of books can be very cliched but I found this book full of really good and inspirational quotes - would recommend.

I found this little treasure while thrifting today and it will be on my end table with other books I refer to often.

My goal is to always look at the sunny side of life, and this wonderful volume will help me do just that!!

I received this book as a gift. It is intended to be a page a day book, but I enjoyed it so much I continued to read. I enjoyed the quotes and advice in this book. I will keep this book out and refer to it often.

A solid daily quote book, but the sources for each of these quotes may need to be verified.

For example, February 4th states:
“Happiness is not so much in having as sharing. We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” -Norman Macewan

While April 19th states:
“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” - Winston Churchill

The same quote was not only used twice in the book, it was attributed to two different authors! That said, if you’re looking for a book with accurate sources, you may want to look elsewhere. But if you just want a daily dose of inspiration, this book will more than suffice.

It’s quite inspirational and I probably should have waited till you know the last day of the year to finish this but eh. Life goes on.
