This book was a quick read on peer coaching. I had several take aways including the idea of positive phrasing and the questions a coach could ask during a coaching session.

When picking up this book, I was looking for a book about using coaching in teaching and learning. Instead this book by Stephen Barkley adresses the use of coaching in the educational system, between teachers. While this was not the intended topic, this book is a quite good introduction to coaching between professional peers. Also it is an inspiring look at how to be professional and structured at improving and learning as an organisation. It is exciting to witness how schools and teachers dedicate themselves to improving their profession and themselves.
