This is a book that, for me, gets better every time I read it. I think this is due in large part to my own growth and maturation over the years, enabling me to understand it more deeply each time.

It is an indispensable part of anyone's library. As Aaron lays out in the preface, he wrote the book to fill a gap in his own research and, to my knowledge, that gap still exists.

For those who are interested in thinking, decision making, and the basics of cognition but can't stand the unnecessarily extravagant language that often accompanies such discussions, Aaron’s treatment of the topic is extremely helpful and reflects far more depth of thought that at first glance. He makes a tremendously complicated topic understandable in easily digestible portions. I have read many books on this topic and consider this one perfect for venturing into the field.
