Rate this book

If I could give this book negative number of stars, I would. The book ends with 2 main characters being on AA flight 11 on 9/11. I couldn’t believe it and googled all passengers on that flight. There was nobody on that flight remotely resembling 2 main characters. How dare the author write such ending! Throughout the book there are many factual errors, especially toward the end. 2 main characters are immigrants from USSR. They are portrayed positively. All other immigrants are portrayed negatively as well as minorities.

not for everyone

This is a saga that feels very personal. Not the best writing but very well composed story from the beginning to the end. Not sure people who need to read it can actually do it, given that many do not know the language of the writer. That’s a pity.
