It's been a year since Sam Shepherd embarked on a one-man mission to change the justice system, a mission that ended on live television in front of a stunned nation. His mission became a calling, a movement for change that demanded to be heard.
They didn't listen.
From the ashes of that mission rise a new group, one that has vowed to succeed were Sam failed. Special Agent Jack Randall of the FBI finds himself tasked with stopping them. It promises to be a fight like he's never known.
This time he's not after one killer, he's up against twelve.
Some people are just plain evil inside and out. Others are tipped towards the darker side of life through circumstances.
This is a mixture of Political Intrigue, Military, Law Enforcement Procedural, and Crime Fiction genres.
Episode 8 includes an insider's view of a military transport mission. A perverted man is released on bond due to technicalities. Number Twelve begins work on her first assignment. Jack's team is closing in on another Shepherd.
I really enjoy how Mr. Wood shares diverse situations interspersed throughout this episode without losing the overall big picture. I am looking forward to reading Episode 9 to see what is going to happen next.
Warning: This is for Mature Audiences due to Violence and Adult Situations.
I really enjoyed this episode. Jack and his team are making progress tracking down #6. I enjoy reading the scenes from the perspective of who the main character is in them. Two characters can go through the same thing and have different experiences. That is one of the things that I really like about Randall Wood's style of writing.
