Yazarın önce bu kitabını okuyup sonra Pegan Diyeti okumak lazımmış :) Bu kitapta, temel olarak yağlarla ilgili bilimsel gerçekler ve geçmişten günümüze beslenmemizdeki yerleri ile ilgili bilgiler aktarılıyor. Tek bir sorun var, inanılmaz detaylı ve bilimsel anlatmış yer yer. Konularla ilgili bilgim ve ilgim olmasına rağmen zaman zaman bana bile biraz fazla akademik geldi. Bu sanırım yazarın referans vererek hiçbir soru işareti bırakmadan açıklama arzusundan geliyor. Kitap yağlar odaklı olsa da diğer besin grupları ile ilgili de çok güzel aydınlatıcı bilgiler veriyor. Tüm bilgileri verdikten sonra bir beslenme programı öneriyor ve bu program sırasında yararlanabileceğiniz yemek tariflerini de ekliyor. Genel olarak çok aydınlatıcı ve faydalı bir kitap bence yine.

This diet works.

I have been doing this diet for five remembrance lost 30 pounds. I feel good and will continue to my goal weight. It's more of a lifestyle than a diet.

I am not a fan of the summary series of books although this my third. It is more than an expanded Table of Contents, but it doesn't feel like it. It tells you exactly what is in the book without giving you any useful information.

short and on point!

The basics were covered, in a few word. I got the full version as an EBook but found it very repetitive and slow moving. The summary was helpful and the full book can be read for additional insight.
