It's been few years since I read this book, but still I remember parts of it very well. The story was about little girl whose family was Finnish immigrants in US. She couldn't live in same house with her step-mother so she had to move away from home because of that. She didn't really get along with any foster family, so she had to move many times. It was quite tragic story and if I remember right it was based on true story.
