Read the seventh edition cover-to-cover this month. I remember reading the first edition in 1994. Thorough and well done, though his perspective on the issues is more transparent than I recall.

This wasn’t that bad and it def helped. Chemerisnky doesn’t believe in State Sovereign Immunity and neither do I. I do however have no clue how he came up with 20 pages of content re “important takeaways” for Marbury v. Madison and Ex Parte McCardle
