Meadow has lost so much that she can't go on and wants to end her life but fate steps in and Kade saves her. I enjoyed Kade and Meadow's story and liked that they were entwined and they didn't know it until the end. Good story about loss and overcoming that loss and moving on

I'm embarrassed to say I read this, but I did. Start to finish. I even re-read a couple chapters.
I'm giving it one star because it's an accomplishment in itself to write, publish and actually have people pay for your abomination.

Loved this story any the characters. I like how they were linked without knowing it, and the bond they formed from the start. Good twists, edge of the seat. Would certainly recommend.

2 quick reads in 1
I liked these two stories. The plots were great. I liked the characters and the scenes were steamy. I love that the author doesn't drag out her books.
I did deduct a star for the constant use of the word "anyways." "Anyway" is the proper use of the the word. It always irks me when authors use improper grammar and editors don't catch and correct it. The h in the second story was an editor by profession and her overuse of "anyways" was particularly grating. Otherwise they were good reads.

I love the bad boys that are only bad because of circumstances not because that's the way they're wired. Kade is just that kind of bad. You could even dress it up that he's the good guy because he's taking out "the trash". Meadow is alone and broken and she can't see anything worthwhile left in her life. They perfectly fill a void in each others lives and I was enchanted watching them discover what brought them to this point.

Meadow is broken from the recent loss of her best friend, her blood sister Sonya. Mourning for her sister he lost the will to live. But when she decided the day and destination of her last breath, an unlikely savior bad boy murdering hit man Kade. This story starts and ends in sex, the very first chapter actually takes place before chapter 6. Very short read but not dark as it's claiming to be.

Blew me away....in a good way!
Kade is waiting to finish this job, on a bridge on a very cold day, but he stops the car at the site he sees in front of him. There is a girl on the edge looking down in nothing but a white lightweight dress. No shoes, no coat, and worst of all no hope left in her. He doesn't know what her story is, but he needs her to move so he can finish this job. Kade is in what I will call "garbage clean up" and by that I mean he is taking out the trash. Now he is dumping that trash. With his lack of bedside manner he asks her to either hurry up or move along (not in those exact words but that is what he said)
Meadow is so lost. There is no one left for her, she feels like she failed the one person who meant everything to her. How did this happen, how could this happen to this person. She is so deep in her despair that she didn't hear the car drive up or even the man standing close to her talking to her. When did this happen? He is so crude, basically telling her to jump and hurry it up or just move along. So she moves foward, just about to jump, and those strong arms refuse to let her go, why?
Kade has known darkness for a long time, but he is drawn to the girl in the white dress. He is not even sure why, but he is not going to fight it either. She is so lost in her hurt and despair that she didn't even realize he was behind her. He is not sure what caused this much sadness in her but he feels compelled to take it away, but how?
Kade does not mince words, he is blunt and brutal as he needs to be....staying alive in this place way back when taught him that. He knows he will not let this girl jump, but she needs to move along. He is short and demanding of answers from her. She is completely drawn to him for comfort. He is willing to give that comfort but in his own way....and he knows that is the same way she takes the comfort from him....rather HOT indeed.
I can't tell too much because of all the things that happen in this book. I can tell you there are secrets being held from one another, there is a betraylal of trust, there is make up time and sex, there is all sorts of yummy things that transpire as well. Along this path these two are taking they still know they complete each other. There are many twists that happen and the secrets are revealed to one another. There is also a BIG event that happens and it is life changing for each of them as well as both of them. You really need to read this book, you will find it incredibly difficult to put it down once you start reading it. You many also wish there is more to this couple in the future as well. I know I do.

Wow - It just ended at 50% left and another book started; along the same lines but not the same characters. Not what i was expecting when i paid for the book and started reading.
I stopped reading at 50% when the actual Dark Savior book ended. I was intrigued by the story line and the characters, then @ 47 % you get to the epilogue with a 3 year later "short" update.
I will not be reading any more of this series.

this was another awesome short story i read! its about a woman who wants to end her life cause noone left is worth living for until she is saved by a man who kills for a living! thanks for giving me a chance to read this book!

This is a interesting, intriguing and dark book to read and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. The story covers Meadow a despondent young woman after her sister was found raped and murdered standing on a bridge wanting to commit suicide when Kade finds her while he is trying to dump the body in his trunk. What you will find in this book is a drama, suspense, intrigue, young woman, a outspoken man, a bridge, watching, wanting to commit suicide, dead man in trunk of car, approaching her, talking, grabbing, talking, taking her home, secrets, turning to him, intimacy, speaking to friend, murdered man wanted for rape and murder, a key, going into private room, Kade telling her the truth, wanting to leave, not free anymore, telling him about sister, going to friend, talking about murdered man, going back to Meadow, telling her about the man he murdered was responsible for sister's rape and murder, lust, emotional feelings and mild erotic scenes. The story-line and plot is well thought out and written, the pace was steady and not rushed. The characters have needs and desires according to their personality. I would recommend this book to people that like to read a well written Bad Boy Romance.

Kade is a killer with a big heart. He saves Meadow when he could of just stood back and let her kill herself. He can't let her kill herself so he takes her to the home he grew up in.
Meadow has lost the most important person in her life. Her sister was murdered and she just wants to end all of the pain. Except a stranger saves her and attempts to heal her. A hot stranger that she wants to help her forget all her pain. Although she doesn't want to be saved.
Kade may have killed the person who murdered Meadows sister. I think fate brought these two dark souls together so they could save each other.

Meadow couldn't live her life, she's made too many mistakes and she feels like there is no turning back from this latest one. She can't go on and she plans to end it on this very bridge. Kade knows there something about Meadow, part of him just wants her to go, while another part of him wants her to need him. Kade has a dark secret, one he doesn't want anyone to know... However, inviting Meadow into his life... some things cannot always stay hidden.
Another great book by Stella Noir, who has become one of my favorite authors. Some times it's so easy to hate characters when they're not well written, but these were developed and brought you into the story. The marks of a great writer!!

This is not your typical romance. Meadow is at the lowest point of her life and Kade is doing some the lowest things a person could do. Fate steps in and brings Kade to Meadow's rescue and forces them together. Meadow is lost in her grief and Kade is trying to figure out what he wants to do next while cleaning up his hometown. He takes her back to his mother's apartment while he tries to fix her She begs for Kade to take the pain away and he gives in, as this is the only way he knows how to ease her suffering. Without knowing it, it brings them closer and closer to each other. Pick up Dark Savior to find out how it ends. I definitely recommend this book if you like romance with a dark, sexy twist! I really liked this story it is a bit dark and very emotional so be prepared. When Kade finds Meadow ready to end her life he rescues her. He takes her to his mother’s old apartment and finish the task he set out to do before she interrupted his plans. Kade has secrets and Meadow is determined to discover who he is and what he does. Meadow a sadness so deep that she begs Kade to help take her pain away. What will happen when they discover the secrets they are both hiding? This is fast paced story that hooks you from beginning to end. My only issues was I would have liked to know more about Kade and his past. Good read.

I received this for my honest review. This is definitely not your typical romance, Meadow is lost in her grief and at her lowest decides to end her life, Kade is a dark man out to get rid of scum in his hometown maybe it is fate that steps in and forces them together for a reason. He stops her from jumping off the bridge but doesn't know why....... he doesn't do emotion, he's not sensitive or reassuring so why is he drawn to her? She just wants the pain to go away......... You really do need to read Dark Saviour to find out especially if you like romance with a dark, sexy twist.

This is a truly dark romance. I think I cried for ninety percent of the story. Meadow's heartbreaking story just pulled at my heartstrings. This girl is stronger than she knows. Kade is a true vigilante. He enforces some street justice for the people of his childhood neighborhood. It is interesting how the two meet, and their past collide.
This story is a must read. (And tissues a must as well)

Gifted an ARC for an honest review....
This was a different twist on the BB white knight storyline and it was a very good and interesting read. It starts out pretty dark and haunting, but as the story progresses you see Kade and Meadow's relationship develop. Both have their fair amount of baggage, both have to overcome those memories. This book was well developed, the characters were compelling, and the story was fast paced and well written. Well done, Stella.

Kade and Meadow meet at the most unlikely of spots. At a canyon where she goes to end her life and him to get rid of one. Not a spoiler you find out in the first chapter.
Their relationship is unconventional to say the least. Eat, sleep, sex and not in that order.
The writing kept me interested, and intrigued. Good job on describing what's surrounding the characters.
Didn't really discuss feeling other than grief, fear, pleasure and need.

Kade finds Meadow on the bridge about to end her life after tragic events. After watching her for along time he feels she really doesn't want this so he convinces her to go with him. They both have deep secrets how can two worlds collide together so well.
I was given a copy of this book for my honest opinion it's got to be added to your must read list.

Kade is in a hurry to do something. Meadow is standing in his way. he says some pretty shocking things to get her attention, and it works. He knows he should drops her off and be on his way but something just keeps drawing him to her.

This is a dark story that will stay with you. He takes it upon himself to make judgments and punish those who cause harm. It brings him to a woman in need. Together, they find something that brings them hope.
It is a great story and the characters are very haunting. I really enjoyed it and felt it was very well-written.

I loved this book how he saved medow from jumping off the bridge. All she wanted to forget what happened to her sister how she forgot is my having sex with Keegan. When she found out what he did she wanted to leave but he wouldn't let her leave. Then he found out why she was going to jump he looked into it and found out the person he killed killed her sister.

Good book
This book was good. I wish it was longer. And I wish she got out more lol. Since we had her story I wish we had more of what he did just before she met him. Details on that would have been good. I just wanted a little more of everything. It was always about sex with them.
