When looking for a book on Identity Management, I expect it to ficus on that. The first 1/3 or so did that, although I would have liked more detail. The last part began to wander into Mobile Devices, consumerization and every other trend in the tech world, and forgot it was a book about Identity. Stick to the topic next time.
A great overview of identity and access management processes from a business perspective. Covers the gamut from enterprise to consumer and then processes such as verification, multifactor authentication, and privileged access management.
