Shazammmmmmm! My, my, my, my, my!! Who knew a werebear could be so darn creative? Let me say the first ten percent of this story is NOT the sole reason for this five-star review!! Yeah it's not......
Werebear. Ice bear. Contaminated water supply. Oh my! Although the genre of this story is clearly romance, there is enough suspense in this story to be read as a romantic thriller! I absolutely loved this story! Pepper, an adorable geeky research vet, is Ev's soulmate. Typical caveman, it's blatantly obvious she is his mate, but Ev refuses to acknowledge. Gahhhhh men can be so dense, so lame! The crap hit the fan when the two are on a three- day getaway during mating season! Someone is out to kill all shifters and this dynamic duo are smack dab in the middle of the fray!
Follow this adorable couple as they battle an unknown enemy in the mountains. Pepper is a feisty chick and can kick ass with the best of'em! They will do anything to preserve the lives of shifters and they .prove it each time. Now if they can only do what's necessary for their relationship......drama with a capital "D"!

I received this for a honest review. This is the second book of Wylde Den. Don’t worry if you have not read book one in this series because it works fine as a standalone.
Everett Wylde was this handsome bear shifter. He had some demons in his past and this kept him from wanting to take a mate. It was mating season and he thought it would be like it was every year and just screw it away with a pretty woman. It was the prefect chance too. Here he was in the wilderness with Pepper Cambridge trying to find out what was making the sifters sick.
Pepper Cambridge was this strong brave woman. She truly had some spirit about her. She was not helpless and I loved that about her. She was enjoying her play time she was having with Everett. They did have a mission though and that was to find out what was making shifters sick. If they could find out what making them sick then maybe they could find out who was behind it.
There is a connection that Everett can not deny. He is fighting it with all his might though his bear is determined to reach out to Pepper and bond with her. Pepper is wondering what the strange thing is that is going on between her and Everett. It seems like Everett wants to deny and pull away from her and this hurts her.
There is danger around the counter and Everett is worried about losing Pepper. Pepper is also worried about losing Everett. The question is can Everett handle if something happens to Pepper, for she is only human?
This was a great story and so glad I got a chance to read it. When reading the story you can not help but fall in love with Pepper and Everett.

This is a fun read. He is a bear shifter that enjoys being single. When he meets his mate, everything changes for him. It is well-written and has enjoyable characters and a good storyline. There is great chemistry between them from their first meeting.

Pepper is on the mountain for an adventure and work. Everett is a bear shifter who doesn't want a commitment
Everett is a Wylde bear shifter that suffered from the loss of his twin brother. He felt he lost half himself at that time so he made a rule to never give his heart to anyone. Pepper was in Alaska as a veterinarian for an adventure. Pepper and Everett had an instant attraction but is it enough for them to make a relationship? I highly recommend this book and series.

This is a very enjoyable romance between a human female named Pepper and bear shifter named Everett. Everett does not want a mate but the more he and his bear have sexy times, the more his bear wants to claim Pepper. Pepper is a wildlife veterinarian who enjoys her work and Everett. They work together to find out what's happening to the wildlife and have to fight for their lives and end up falling hard for each other. They get their happily ever after.

When a bear fights the growing mate bond, fate steps in and kicks him good. This den is about family and to find out that someone they let in has betrayed them, it's a bitter pill to swallow. The saving grace for this family is the knowledge of the newest mate.

I won this book from the author, Talina Perkins, and I really enjoyed it! I've read several of the Alaskan Den Men series and have yet to read one I don't like. They are addictive because the more I read of them, the more I want to read.

This is book 9 in the Alaskan Den Men series, but book 2 in the Bear series. It encompasses Everett and Pepper's story and what a great story it is !! Lots of intrigue, adventure, backstabbing, heat and a Bear who thinks mate is a four letter word of the worst kind. Everett doesn't love or trust easily, since the loss of his twin brother he swore he would never open his heart to another person, it hurt to much when they were gone. Pepper is in Alaska trying to figure out what is causing illness and death in shifters. Her feelings for Everett scare her, especially since she's unsure of Everett ever feeling the same way. This story unfolds beautifully with an emphasis on adventure, intrigue, hot sex and the couple realizing they had a true bond that shouldn't be ignored. 5☆'s . I recommend this book to anyone who loves paranormal romance and adventure. I received a gifted copy in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

Okay, so I confess to not reading any of the prior books but this sounded like I could probably get away with reading this as a standalone. I did, but there were some places that didn’t make much sense, again due to my stupidity of not reading any of the prior books.
But if I don’t count the fact that I didn’t read any of the novels before this one, I really liked this story. Bear His Bond is a romantic novel about a werebear and his mate. Everett and Pepper are on a three-day vacation in Alaska during the werebear mating season and it’s pretty clear that they’re mates but Everett is kinda oblivious to that in the beginning.
This was a pretty quick read with only 8 chapters and 113 pages, so that’s a plus if you don’t have much time to read. I definitely liked this and would totally read the other books in this series.

Talina Perkins is creating amazing stories and characters in her Alaskan Den series. Her book, Bear His Bond (Wylde Den #2), will wow you! The more I learn about this family, the more I want! Everett has already suffered incredible loss. His fear of the bond he feels with Pepper is real. I could feel their unique connection while enjoying the hot sex they share. Talina did a wonderful job describing the bond. Just beautiful. So for a quick rundown of what to expect. Hot bear! Check. Hot nerdy girl! Check. Unexpected danger! Check. Awesome story full of heart! Check. Read it!

Another short sexy read that left me wanting more of the Wylde brothers. Everett and Pepper have great chemistry. I love that Pepper is a strong lead that can handle herself and her strong, sexy mate. This story further draws you into the Wylde clan and leaves you wanting more. What will happen with the ice bears and Reaper ... what about the rest of the brothers.
I absolutely love this series and can't wait to read more by Ms. Perkins.

This is the second book in the Wylde Den series. This is another great book in the Alaskan Den Men group of stories. Talina Perkins has written another wonderful story. It contains betrayal, sabotage,fights and sexy scenes. This is Everett and Pepper's story. What happens when you mix a spunky wildlife Veterinarian with a hurting bear? A lot! This is a must read, attention grabbing 5 star story.

Another great Alaska Den book. I adore this tough alpha shifters and their feisty women.. Everett and Pepper have an amazing chemistry. Pair that with a good storyline and you have a hit.
