A very short book about remedies against the common cold. Steve Mueller focuses on preventing the illness before it arises. I'm not sure about the scientific validity of his proposals, but willing to try them out. Aren't we all sick of being sick, especially during winter times?
First half is quite repetitive, but once you get to the 'one dollar cure', it becomes fascinating. My wife happened to have an on-setting cold, so we tried it and amazingly enough the next day she was symptom free. (and still is ) The Feng Fu and other remedies I still have to research and try perhaps. But this book is quite an eye-opener and would recommend it to anyone with common cold problems and other health problems. One thing that bothers me is that The author has no credentials, Phd or anything? He does backs up everything with scientific literature, but still.
