He's Nothing Like Them Other Ones: A Kandi Coated Love
From the span of hips to the swing in her waist, the stride in her step and the arch in her back, neck breaking has always occurred when she stepped her pretty ass in a room. At the age of 17 and raised in a privilege home in Bergen County New Jersey Kandice “Kandi” Jackson was known as that rebellious child who always did the opposite of what she was told. At the age of 19 Kandice finds herself in love with a street thug name Cali who introduced her to the finer things in life also to a street drug called Venom. After getting her strung out on Venom, Cali dumps Kandice leaving her struggling to survive and unable to feed her new drug habit.
After an attempted robbery gone wrong Kandice finds herself fighting for her life. Surviving this life changing event Kandice checks herself into a rehab center to rid herself of this poisonous drug. After doing two years she’s released and gets a job stripping at a club name Velour.
Now 5 years older and wiser and the top dancer at Velour she has men depleting their kids’ college funds just to get a piece of Kandi. She catches the eye of 23 year old ex basketball star turn bad boy Johnathan. Jonathan is determined to have Kandice by any means necessary. After Kandi gives in to the charming young stud John, he proves that he ain’t nothing like them other niggas. While out on a date they bump into Cali who lays eyes on the beautiful woman he once destroyed and abandoned. Wanting a taste of that sweet Kandi again, Cali is determined to get some of that Kandi Coated loving again and thinks it’ll be as easy as taking Kandi from a baby.

Great Read
Kandice (Kandi) been through some stuff. Her ex boyfriend got her strung out Venom and they threw her out after she became addicted. He she have took her for some help and stood by her side. After getting clean she ended up getting a job as a stripper but only because no one would hired her. Her son's coach had a thing for Kandice. Even after finding out she was a stripper he still wanted to be with her. They started a relationship but both of their exes wanted them back. John's ex Kori basically tried to kill Kandice. Now that John knows what happen when Kandice was missing for three weeks he probably going to kill Kori..

Comical Love
Myiesha delivers a love story that will keep you on edge, but will also have you crying laughing. The character development of Kandi and John will make you feel like you know them. The storyline will have you racing to find out what happens next, but not wanting it to end. This was my first 5 star read from this author, looking forward to reading all the others. I recommend to all that love to read good books!

Omg!!!
This chick does it again!!! When I tell you this is a page turner, OMGeeee!! I couldn't stop reading. Poor little Kandice couldn't catch a damn break!! Great read, each time I read a Myiesha book, I see growth in her craft. Keep it up boo!! Once again you have another banger under your belt.

Wow, what a read!
This was a very interesting read. It captured my attention from beginning to end. Kandi or kandace, what a strong individual. She went through so much with her drug dealing boyfriend and then to have made a complete 360. I admired her strength and her devotion, until unforeseen circumstances just turned everything upside down, yet again. But through it all she still showed strength. I really like Kandace and John as a couple, they compliment each other and the chemistry flowed between then. Can't wait for part two and to see what's coming to Cali and Kori. Great read!

Cuckoo for Coco Puffs!!!!
Dang it!! I thought Cali was rough but that damn Kori is cuckoo for coco puffs!. John is a great dude and I hope him and Kandi make it with all these crazy exes. I also want Keisha to get served. She is so trifling. Man Tech is crazy for dealing with the fire starter but that's funny as hell. June is dead wrong but he is going to get his. I can't wait for the part 2.

First let me say bang,bang,bang five stars!!! This book had me in my feelings from the beginning. Kandie went through so much and I was glad to see her happy with Johnathan. Kori is cray cray, Tech & Pepper are certifiable, that bish Keshia is just thirsty, June is a bish boy and Cali is the devils spawn. I can't wait to find out what happens in part 2!!

The storyline was awesome the characters on point. The book stayed consistent and kept you guessing it never drifted to a different subject. I can't wait for the continuance.

Well written surprise. Storyline is so different from the norm. Lots of drama, twist and turns. Once you start reading you won't want to stop. Characters are likeable, lovable and funny at times. Real life issues that are very believable. Definitely a 5 star recommendation.
