Garrett is use to a life as a lone wolf and doesn't see any reason to change, until he meets Autumn. Autumn is trying to save her family's legacy, but she's fighting a loosing battle. When Garrett and Autumn's paths cross they both realize they have something worth sticking around and fighting for.
I love a good wolf fight, and Unbound has plenty of those. Along with a good amount of drama and plenty of steamy love scenes, this story made for a pretty entertaining read. Unbound is full of hunky were shifters, so I truly look forward reading more about the Aspen Valley Wolf Pack. I give this one 3.5 stars.

Autumn is human, her dad was friends with the Montague family (wolf shifters) and friends with the pack. Then he needed financial help the montague's helped with the promise Autumn would help their family by marrying the son (Simon) for 6 weeks so he could buy land in her name. There is some rule about shifters not buying land and needs her to do it. Only problem is her dad, and the wolf he made the deal with is dead and Simon grew up to be the kind of man no one would want their daughter with, even the wolf pack doesn't like him.
Now he also changed the contract from six weeks to a year maybe longer and took over the business her dad built. He is forcing the town people and pack into paying for protection and there is the thing about the alpha being killed too.
Autumn hates Simon and wants nothing to do with him.
The dead pack alpha's father is no fool he has lost both his heirs and knows Simon is behind it. He wants the pack safe so he hires Garrett Justice. He is from another pack but he can handle Simon and his thugs. Then there is the beautiful human women that has not only his attention but his wolfs too.
It's a fantastic story. Lots of action in this one and bad guys. I love to hate the bad guys. The characters are lots of fun too! This is a straight up kick butt take names later book lol

Garrett will fight to protect whats his, even if he has to hold back his beast to do it. Autumn will fight to protect her Tavern her father left her, to keep from losing it, even if she has to mate with an arranged shifter.
Garrett and Autumn are both kick butt characters and once these two get together, its off the charts.
I couldn’t put this book down, it was so good, from start to finish and totally worth you women one-clicking the H-E-L-L out of it.

All it takes is one completely rotten, corrupt, entitled, arrogant scumbag to ruin a community or a wolf pack. Simon would be that one man. His belief that anything he wants is his for the taking has caused his pack to slowly break down. People are fleeing the area and the Beta who is now in control, and the murders he’s committed to keep his place, and the things he wants under his control. One of those things he wants and intends to get is Autumn. Her family has owned the tavern in their town, and on her father’s death it’s now up to Autumn to run. Unfortunately, years ago her father made an agreement that would give Autumn to Simon as a mate in exchange for financial help. Her father never would have done that if he’d had any idea of the type of man Simon would grow to become, or perhaps he was always scum but hid it well. No matter the past, the present was dangerous for Autumn and she was doing everything in her power to escape Simon’s clutches – only time has finally run out.
Garrett is in town on pack business for his brother Dane, the Alpha of the Aspen Valley Wolves. Garrett, and his brothers, are often sent out as outlaws or lone wolves to lend a hand in matters where shifter’s rights are not being treated equally under the human laws… or where trouble is brewing and needs tending to. This town’s pack is falling apart after the death, murder of their Alpha. The old Alpha has asked for assistance and Garrett is in town to do what he does best – take care of trouble. He’s used to finding himself in dangerous situations, but this time around it’s his heart that is going to be in just as much trouble. Stepping in to help Autumn is the right thing to do, it’s also the path to his and their future… should they survive.
Wolf Unbound is a gritty, intense and certainly steamy story of Garrett and Autumn’s road to each other. I like this couple. Garrett is the perfect picture of the bad boy who has a heart of gold and the strength to make matters right again. Autumn is spunky, brave in the face of a true danger and stubborn enough to not back down from a fight. The journey to their happy future will be covered in blood, death and the nasty piece of crap that Simon proves himself to be. The past will be destroyed, but the future can rebuild and bring peace to this town once again.
If you enjoy gritty Shifter Romance with an intense story, likable main characters and the threads of subplots woven throughout a series then Wolf Unbound and the Aspen Valley Wolf Pack series is something you’ll want to pick up. I’d recommend this story and this series to anyone who enjoys a good story and a couple you can root for.

This novella is about Garrett and Autumn.
Garrett is an outlaw-ish wolf part of the Aspen Valley wolf pack. He is the brother of the Alpha and takes care of odd jobs for them and the surrounding packs. He meet Autumn who lives in a town over called Cross City. His job took him there to find out what happened to their pack's Alpha. Garrett protects Autumn from a rogue beta wolf (Simon) who is trying to take over the Cross City Pack. Garrett and Autumn have a connection but is it too late since technically Autumn is a promised mate to Simon?
Lots of action with this novella. It was great! It was better than novella 1 in this series. Garrett is amazing and protective while Autumn is extremely strong and puts others needs before hers. There was definitely a few intense moments in this one.
Overall, this one is worth the read. Quick and enjoyable.

Dynamics of packs inner workings to outter,From protecting pack n community to those in need as well; brothers keeping their promises and closenit family together always yet being the protecters and enforcers of pack &.outlaws per alpha who is the youngest and NOT the oldest sibling for a change is different and it works in Amber Ella Monroe's stories. Leaving on missions yet always comming back when needed or necessary with no sibling rivalry is actually nice and enjoyable to read. Its like the older brothers band that way making statement to ' get thru them if u want the alpha' kinda as like humans state by ' if u want the youngest u gotta go thru older sibs first. Loved it all in all.xoxo

Wow..this is one sexy shifter romance. This is an arresting read. Its well written and the plot grabs got attention from beginning to end. Garrett is a sexy aloha wolf shifter sent to help a neighboring pack and Autumn is his human true mate with a lot of baggage and in danger. The sexual tension between them is thick. I enjoyed Garrett and Autumn's story. Garrett wasn't looking for a mate and neither was Autumn who is human. Garrett feels very protective of Autumn right from their first meeting and the feelings between the two just grew. Great ending to their story. I purchased the paperback and I know the book has been out for a few years but the editor should be fired. Lots of typos. My review is based on the storyline.

this is the 2nd book in a series and it is a standalone with a HEA. im one of thos people that if its a series with connecting characters i have to read in order and with these books you can't put them down i love them. Its a different shifter theme then i've ever read. i love this author and i can't wait for more.

This was really short and coming in it felt like the story was already going on and you never really get to connect with the characters or what they’re going through. I’m still not even sure about the whole birth mark thing, did she always have it, did it suddenly appear and she thought it was nail polish or what? Not much to go by and really nothing holding you to read another one.

A good story...
A decent plot, with some angst, and action fight scenes. The fated mate mythology is unique. I even like Garrett and Autumn. But, the book could have used a better editor also.

This was a short read but it was a good one. Autumn and Garrett had great hot chemistry. Like all other short reads I always feel like it should of been longer.. I always want more. Haha! But all in all I'd continue the series.

Justice for all
Garrett and Autumn are wonderful together. Autumn didn't know that she could be free of the woes in her life but she was happy to be rid of her tormentors. She found her true love and was able to rebuild her family 's business.

Great book
This was a great book. Once I started reading it I could not put it down. I loved the story and how the main characters found each other. I would recommend this book to everyone if you like sixpence and romance along with a little so.ethic different.

All is not lost.
I like the way this author melds action and a love story? MS. Munroe has strong a female character that isn't afraid to take on the town bully. The melding of human and wolf is done very tastefully along with the few sex scenes. If all you want is gratuities sex this is not the author for you.

Garrett Justice has just arrived in town at the the Tavern where he will find his True mate works and her father had owned before his death now the Beta Simon Montague and his body guards have been taking over everything that in includes businesses and all the land in sight it seems that everyone who comes up against him and his gang of thugs ends up dead or run off. Simon wants Autumn to marry him for the next year rather than the 6 weeks that was agreed upon when her father was alive and made the agreement when she was a little girl but now Simon has taken over the Tavern Autumn is trying to do whatever she has to do to make sure that she gets her and her sisters inheritance back she notices that it the agreement that her father had signed has been altered by Simon and his lawyer but she is not going to marry this pig she knows too much about him and his ways. But he is threatening her but what can she do she tells him she needs some time. When Garrett stops in the Tavern again he notices that Autumn has just breezed through and headed for the back he makes it his business to go back to the managers office and catches her putting everything in her purse from the safe she doesn't stop what she is doing she makes for the door but his partner out front never saw her come out but he tells Garrett that there is something going on out in front of the tavern involving Autumn. Garrett is out the door in a hurry because he isn't going to let anyone hurt this woman once outside he sees that their are several men trying to get Autumn in their truck but she is not going willingly but no one is making an effort to help her but Garrett is. Even though Garrett has made an agreement with some members of the Cross City pack that want to get rid of Simon sooner rather than later. Garrett takes Autumn to his motel room and sets up a ride to a meeting with their lawyer but when they arrive something is wrong something has happened to the driver who is suppose to take her to Aspen Valley to meet the lawyer, Autumn and he are attacked by Simon's men and Simon attacks Autumn. After that Garrett takes Autumn to his home where she realizes that she is in no rush to leave and when Garrett and Autumn come together and there is no doubt in their minds that they want each other and not just for a short time but for a life time but somethings have to be taken care of by Garrett before that can happen. Wonderful Story. I received a copy for an honest review.

The story in itself should be great but it was painful to read with all the errors that I found. I got sidetracked and read the first 3 chapters of the book. The first book Shifter Untamed was as painful (or more). Stopped reading at 21%
-Raoulf was known for causing trouble in (the) state - the kind of trouble that (got) him
-The establishment was no where (nowhere) near
-That worked the area ... left the area (twice in one short sentence)
-You're damn right they are? (.)
-We're the one's (ones) who reached out
-What you don't ... can't be cancelled? (.)
-She took a deep breath the (then) released
-Sentence not clear how both characters are mixed up here: Simon's dad had married a shifter two years after her mom died...
-One of a (the) few places
-Something happens mysteriously (mysteriously happens)
-You are (so) full of yourself

Interesting..short, but not a lot of meat
I liked the book, but maybe I was expecting a little more. Autumn was promised to a shifter in return for money her father needed to keep his bar. Now that her father is dead, Simon has come to collect. Garrett is under contract to apprehend and deliver Simon to the elders so he can be brought to justice for his misdeeds.
The premise was good. The bad guy was bad and the pack was in trouble. Autumn is the damsel distress and can't understand her attraction to the delectable Garret, but she's not questioning it either. Once these two get together it's hot and explosive. Unfortunately, the end was wrapped up in a tidy little bow quick fast and in a hurry. We dragged out Simon and his deeds, and when the end came, it was too quick and anti climactic. The epilogue made no mention of the sister and step mom, the job Garrett decided to take, the missing money from her dad. It just seemed like there was a lot missing.
I haven't read the book that was prior to this one about the brother Dane, but I am curious how a younger brother becomes Alpha when the other brothers seem more than capable.
It's an ok read, but not one I'd read over and over again.

Once these two get together it's hot and explosive. Unfortunately, the end was wrapped up in a tidy little bow quick fast and in a hurry. We dragged out Simon and his deeds, and when the end came, it was too quick and anti climactic. The epilogue made no mention of the sister and step mom, the job Garrett decided to take, the missing money from her dad. It just seemed like there was a lot missing.
I haven't read the book that was prior to this one about the brother Dane, but I am curious how a younger brother becomes Alpha when the other brothers seem more than capable.
It's an ok read, but not one I'd read over and over again.
