So now I know

O
I was told by medical person to follow this diet in effort to improve my blood test. It is high and low in certain common areas. I have not actually tried it. Doubt I can. Some of words are so strange to me. I am an adopted son of the south. You want me give up grits for polenta? Don't thinks so. I will do more olive oil and fish. Fresh fruit and salad almost unknown in my current eating. At least now I will know I am killingmyself

Greatest recipes and explanations for their values I have e Dr encountered.

I am amazed that I would find a book that I could understand well enough to prepare and serve to my wife; who happens to be not only a great cook, also an excellent judge of good food. I'm happy to say

This was a curiosity and investigatory read. I did not get into the meal plans and recipes. Found it interesting and will probably make a few changes to my own eating because of it.
