This is book 2 and you are all invited to a Royal wedding!
Royal (Ivan) is a real life Prince who fled his country after his parents were rightfully accused of pilfering from the people to line their pockets. He is a member of the Clawed Squad, but is totally against marrying since there is no way he could find a Princess in Colwood, Montana and he won't marry anything but. Then out of the blue appears a princess in distress and Royal is left speechless with her beauty. Could it be that his dreams have come true?
Camilla (Elsa) was abandoned in the streets at the young age of 11 and all she knows is being a con artist. When she winds up in the small town of Colwood, she sets her eyes on a very hot looking guy and although she usually keeps away from those, she can't help but target him. What she never imagined was that he would really be her Prince Charming and inspire her to change her ways.
You'll have to read this fun story to learn how Royal manages to accomplish this. As usual The Clawed Squad is funny sad and heartwarming, oh and so very hot! Can't wait for more, I especially want to read the twins story...LoL

Gotta love Royal...Great read!!! The Prince & his Princess…wow look out Disney, lol. Loved this series and can’t wait to see who’s next! The Clawed Squad are a very unique group of men who have been through pure hell to stay alive, used abused, mistreated but yet still standing tall & strong. The camaraderie that exist between them from their past experiences is amazing, they uplift one another and complement one another. Again I will say that the twins are absolutely hilarious, the lobster scene….rotfl. Princess Elsa aka Pinocchio’s sis is in a pickle but her Prince Farming oops Charming is ready to assist her in any way she needs just like royalty.

Not what I was expecting, a con woman and thief as a heroine. I nearly stopped reading at the silly name pun but decided to continue on, really wish I hadn't.
Some people will read this and take it all at face value but I hate dishonesty, I hated her ethos of life, it made me uncomfortable. The actions off and what happened with Angela was despicable.

Royal says he will only marry a princess. Camilla comes to town she’s a scam artist and claims to be Princess Elsa and needs $50K to get a hold of her $42M; Royal offers to get it for her. I didn’t care for first 85% book, I don’t like books with scam artist in them as a major character and I felt Royal deserved better. It did have a good ending.

While I didn’t care for the story, there was one part that saved the book for me because it made me laugh so hard that it had my husband telling me to stop disturbing his TV show. That in itself was worth it.

So she had to of lied because there was no way he would have even given her a chance.

This is an excellent read. Royal and Camila have quite the story. A page turner that'll draw you in and have you hooked.

Kim Fox did another superb job in writing the second book in THE CLAWED SQUAD series. “Royal” is my favorite so far. I laughed so hard at several parts in nearly peed my pants. The twins are so damn funny. They are always fighting and getting into trouble and some it is at the hands of Royal and Camilla (Elsa). You cannot help but feel sorry for the life that Camilla has had to live because of her past. Royal has also had to live with a past that he didn’t like. But he never gives up on his dream of finding a Princess for a mate. They both so deserve to be loved and they find happiness with each other. Trust me when I say that you have to read this book. I also loved how Kim wrote in the Vega brothers. Always love reading about past couples in the new books. Book is recommended for mature readers 18 and older because of language and the S word (sex).

I just love this lady's books. She has everything you could imagine in each book.
I love her character's their loyalty they share with their Comrades and Mates. Yes, I definitely recommend this book this whole series. You will love it.
When the Vega Brother's were discharged from the military, but before they could get home there Dad died, he left a video for his boy's, saying that they had to get married within One Year or lose all the acers of land, They had no choice, but to save there Beloved Ranch. hey decided to quit military and stay at there farm land the General called in the Clawed Squad. Not really wanting to do the mission the Squad made a deal with the Vega's resulting in the Clawed Ranch, four thousand acres of forest, rivers, lakes and pastures on the other side of the Vega's home site. What they didn't know is that when the made the deal and spent all there money, building cabins, buying cattle they had also inherited the Vega Brothers Dad's Will.
Camilla Hill aka: Elsa is alone in this world at eleven, an on the streets, truth is she was born alone. The only person who cared about her was Angela, who taught her how to con money out of people so she didn't have to be a hooker. But Angela got busted and went to jail for two years. Royal has true royal blood and he won't mate with anyone other than another royalty. Carmella is a con artist and when her latest con puts her in Royals path, he thinks it's fate. This is a fun romance that revolves around a big white lie. I was gifted this book for an honest review and I couldn't put it down until I was finished.

Book two of the Clawed Squad is Royal. Kim Fox's spin-off series from the Vega brothers is terrific. The male characters are funny, serious, loyal, protective, dangerous, trustworthy and drop dead gorgeous shifters. Everything a shifter needs to attract a woman.
When the Clawed Squad helped the Vega brother put an end to shifters be forced against their will to fight in human wars, the Vega brothers gave half of the Vega Ranch to them. What no one knew was every owner of the ranch had to mate and married within a year of them taking possession of the ranch. This requirement was in the Vega father's will. If they didn't mate and marry within a year, the entire ranch would be turned over to the state of Montana. This stipulation had worked out great for the brothers but how could it work for the Squad when several members were against taking a mate?
Ivan Maltese was dead set against taking a mate. He had a rough childhood and a dangerous bloody adult life. He just didn't believe he was worthy of a mate. However, he decided a long time ago that if he were to mate she would have to be a princess. Ivan was a pure blooded royal prince, which was how he earned his nickname Royal. Problem...where are you going to find a true princess in the middle of Montana on a farm?
Camilla fresh off a con decides to take a few days and stay in a small town in Montana. Her mentor is in jail and she is alone. Once she decides to try out a new con that she came up with she sets things in motion. Wouldn't you know it...she's a princess in the con. When she meets Royal she tells him her name is Elsa and the con beings.
Royal and Camilla (Elsa) story is so much fun to read. Her ability to weave a story and thoroughly convince Royal is genius.
I can't wait to see what Kim has in store for us next. There are several members in the Clawed Squad that still have to find their mates. I'm excited to see what Kim is going to pull on the next make.

I'm loving this series this is the second book and could be read as a stand alone but i personally think it's best to read in order.This is Royal's/Ivan's (hes a prince not a very smart one but he is adorable) and Camilla's/Elsa's book(con artist not great at it good job he's not that smart)i liked these two and their story was kinda sweet i cannot wait to start the next book its the twins they crack me up.I would recommend this series.

This book is about ‘Royal’ - Ivan Maltese and as we learn, he is in fact from a royal family - a Prince. :) He’s been pretty determined that he will only mate with a Princess. Though as you’d guess, there are not exactly many around in the wilds of Montana. :)
His mate to be is Camilla Hill. He meets her wearing a wedding dress as she sets about creating a scam. Not a good way to start, but it’s all fun until it gets out of hand.
Royal’s Bear wants her, forever, as he thinks. She’s fallen for him just as her past catches up with her and she has to hide, run or face the truth. Camilla’s partner in crime arrives to stir up trouble and attempts to drag her back with her. That’s when things get nasty and all hell breaks loose.
As we know all works out in the end and Royal really does have his princess, just not of royal birth but something much more. We also see Thorn is a bit of a softie, when he falls for the cute puppy!! ;) You’ll have to read this book to find out more.

I received this for a honest review. What a wonder story. If you remember the series about the Vega brothers then at the end of the series you got to meet the Claw Squad.
Camilla Hill was not as she seemed. She was a con artist. Did not mean she did not have a good heart. She felt bad about the cons she ran but hid it well. She had been kick the to the streets at such a young age. She did not know what it was like to have a mother or father to love her. A young girl took her under her wing and showed her how to make it on the streets without selling herself.
Royal was a royal mess. He was this handsome bear shifter. He had what I guess some would call a girly side. He had loved disney movies and always wanted to marry a princess one day. So when this girl came out of no where claiming on being a princess he thought fate had smiled down on her. He was so quick to believe her lies.
Camilla and Royal are hitting if off so well. Royal is determined to win her heart. He will give all he has to keep her safe and make her happy. The question is can Camilla really go through with this scam and take advantage of Royals good kind heart?

I received this ARC in exchange for an honest review. With one member of the Clawed Squad, its now time for the others to take their turn. The torch is passed onto Royal, who is the most reluctant of the bunch. Royal is not just a code name, his real name is Ivan Maltese and is really is a prince. And some things are hard to give up, like the hopes of one day marrying a princess. Royal realizes how unrealistic this is because how many princesses are running around Montana? None, right. Camilla Hill was abandoned by her mother, leaved and survived on the streets until she met an older girl named Angela who taught Camilla how to make a life for herself. She transformed from homeless street kid to hustler, thief, and con artist. Camilla arrives in Colwood spots Royal and decides he could make a next potential victim. Yet, she gets in over her head when she realizes that Royal is not only a real prince, and can offer her everything she has always wanted. Royal is ecstatic, but Thorn warns him to be cautious, and Camilla is battling over to stay or go. I love this group of shifters they are hilariously skilled in getting under each other's skin, but its all out of love.
