I've read most of the Northwoods Reader series and was disappointed in myself for not rating them here. I'd rate them all 5 stars. We have a cabin, not in the UP but near the UP, and I like reading about the history and culture of the place. Gage is a wonderful story teller. My favorite in this book is about the artist from Chicago.
