I didn't like this book because it was dumb. The book was dumb because most of the words were, "please" or "wind." The sentences were short like "Go, go" and "Oh, oh."

We read this for our Weather themed story time as well. It has cute illustrations that the reader can talk to kids about to show that the wind isn't blowing and then when it is, but the story is a little basic. The kids still enjoyed it, especially when the character's kite soared all the way off the page.

This is aimed for those readers who are making their way past the BOB books and need something bit more, but are not ready for the level one readers. I only wish they would use more articles (a, an, the) in these books. The sentences are a bit incomplete.
