if an author needs to wast pages of their book to spell out in MINDSET in giant letters you know there is a lack of actual substance. had i seen this before purchase, it would have been a deal breaker. the concept is solid, as is the research which King references in the beginning. what she lays out content wise is no more coordinated than the decade day outfits you wear once a quarter. it's not helpful to me in practice and makes me wonder what she considers "curriculum". no objectives, no lessons, just supplements - like self tests, mazes, and some brain pictures with analogy to explain like the 'engine drives the car, the brain drives you'. in the event you already devised a curriculum this book would be nice, but this is in no way an actual curriculum with content that takes you from point A to B in a coordinated manner to help students not only learn about growth mindset, but practice it as well.
