Picked this up as a ‘random’ 1€ book from the shelf outside Shakespeare & Co. Swervy spy story set in the Cold War. Decent action but sometimes felt like it struggled under the weight of its own cleverness.

Interesting read. It started off good, then slowed down throughout the middle, before getting good again towards the end.
