I liked the discussion and focus on having the customer own the process and the outcome. It's quite a bit different than the typical consulting engagement where the consultant owns the deliverable, but as I reflected on the examples and ideas, I can say I was most effective in the engagements with the customer bought into discovering the answers with my guidance, and I have been the least effective when I was merely delivering answers as an expert. There are some great principles and examples in this book for any type of consultant.
