Sarah Robinson and her shipwrecked family have a few more hurdles to overcome before they are able to escape the island where they have been marooned.

Found is a great conclusion to a wonderful middle grade series. The action is still great, and the insight into the kids' thoughts is even better. I love the growing relationship between Sarah and her stepmom, Marco and his stepdad, and Sarah and stepbrother Nacho. The character interactions really raises this book up another level and makes it great.

This book is a nice ending to the series. The blended Robinson family is running out of time to help the space alien Leo finish his work on Earth so he can return to his planet. Two new arrivals to the island are not there to rescue the Robinsons. They’re looking for treasure hidden there years earlier.

Sarah is forced to help treasure hunter Fox find his treasure while his sidekick, Bettina, holds Sarah’s step-mom, the skipper and his granddaughter captive. Meanwhile Sarah’s dad and her two step-brothers are trying to navigate around the island’s crazy, dangerous creatures to get help and rescue the others.

Despite their dangerous predicament, Sarah takes some comfort in the fact that their crazy adventures on this strange island have created something she didn’t think was possible a few weeks ago--it’s made them a family.

Tweens and teens who’ve read thus far in the series will enjoy this satisfying finale as it’s full of the same action, adventure, and bizarre animal creations.

-the Modules have to be filled
-the treasure hunters arrive
-can Leo operate the Creator Machine?
-Marco's mom has to receive medical treatment asap
-and don't forget the misfit creatures lurking around every bend

I was so sad when this series came to an end. I loved all of the books and if anyone enjoys watching Swiss Family Robinson, then these books are probably for you! I love the movie, and I couldn't stop reading these books. Amazing cliff-hangers, and a great story. Totally recommend this!

I was very… apprehensive… to start this book. The first book in the series was fine. The second was… pretty bad. The third was just downright awful. Naturally, I wasn’t too excited to read this fourth (and thankfully final) book. However, gratefully, I liked this book way more! Now don’t take this as a glowing recommendation or anything. It’s not going to win any awards… but it was at least the least terrible book in the series. I didn’t have to painstakingly slog my way through it, so I’d call that a win.
