HHS - Hampton High School

Candis Skye started to attend Hampton High School six months ago. She has got just a friend, whose name is Molly. This situation is completely suitable for her. However, the destiny played nasty tricks on her. At the first school football game The Crabbers play against the Indian Rivers and they lose. The Crabbers are wretched. Such a thing has never happened before, not even to Logan Sherman, the team captain. The consequent brawl, which involves several players of the team, will lead Logan to notice the beautiful Candis. They begin a friendship mixed with a taste of hate… Where will they arrive at? At the moment an annoying new character is going to sneak in her life, even though she doesn’t want to. Perhaps her behaviour is somehow justified by his popularity and beauty. The rules have just been overturned: the anonymity goes out of the setting and the jealousy comes out, followed by new and secret loves which have been kept quite safeguarded until now. Un vero sport romance, in cui tutti gli ingredienti risultano ben bilanciati e i personaggi nascondono profondità inaspettate. La storia coinvolge dalla prima all'ultima pagina e il finale è così emozionante che mi è scappata qualche lacrimuccia. Ora che sono entrata nel tunnel, devo assolutamente proseguire con la serie e scoprire cosa ne è di un paio di personaggi che mi hanno conquistata: Norman e Colin!

Ho iniziato questo libro scettica e credevo di volerlo sospendere, poi ha preso piede e alla fine ho pianto come una fontana. Bellissima storia.

Ho iniziato questo libro pensando che fosse la solita storia tra adolescenti ed invece sono rimasta piacevolmente coinvolta.
Può sembrare la solita trama, ma non è così.
L'ho trovato molto bello e non vedo l'ora di leggere la continuazione.
