Did the audiobook for this and honestly not terrible as but basically reads like a Pinterest quote board and nothing new or inspiring about it to me really

I listened to this on Audible, but it would be better to use a hard copy, so that you could focus on one principle each day.

A collection of fortune cookie and motivational poster affirmations which mean as much (or as little) as you want them to mean.

Found a few pointers that are on point to what is going on at the moment. A very nice book about (how to have) that positive outlook in life.

One of my favorites:
"The better you take care of yourself, the better you are able to take care of the other important people in your life." Worth the read. 👏👏👏

This book is truly inspiring, the kind that invites multiple readings. It articulates points for every feeling or thought, engaging your mind on every page. Highly recommended!

Very repetitive and underwhelming statements, no examples or prompts for putting into practice. More likely to drain the life out of you!
