Is it just me, or was this book a HUGE letdown?
This book did not go anything like I expected, I used to like Gabriel and Elizabeth but now I can barely stand them. Especially Elizabeth. Was she always that selfish? Because she was honestly one of the most selfish people I know. Yea, I get that she had goals and wanted to be independent and accomplish things but honestly! She acted like she couldn't wait to have the baby so that she can get on with her life and accomplish what she has "planned" before her little inconvenience of a baby came along. She really got on my nerves, I actually have to try and remember if she was always this unlikable!
And Gabriel, I knew that he was strong willed and he lost his memory and everything but he was such a dick! He just did what HE wanted and what HE thought was best without consulting anyone!
Also there were things in the first book which have yet to be resolved in this book. This book was just filled with so much unnecessary nonsense! So much drama, like right after the other so there was no build up and it was all just resolved 2 seconds later, so the "drama" wasn't really dramatic! Whats with that? There was sooo many other things that this book could have been about but it was just filled with one pointless situation after the other.
Oh and the language, the dictionary on my Nook got a lot of work this book. I get that Gabriel's English but I've lived in England for the past several years and they do not talk like that. Also yes, Gabriel's English but Elizabeth isn't!! I think a lot of the language was confusing because some of the things Elizabeth would say were British words of phrases so it didn't make sense for her to say them being AMERICAN!!
The language just didn't flow for me, much like the story. It was choppy and hard to understand a lot of times so it made the story feel so unnatural.
I'm SO disappointed with this book, and the "cliffhanger" or whatever that was at the end is probably just another disappointment. I'll have to wait and see what the next book brings. Hopefully Elizabeth will be more maternal..probably not.

3.5 SPOILERS AHEAD
I have been waiting for this sequel to Storm Damages to come for ages. Actually It was one of my "most anticipated reads". I even joined the author's mailing list so I would know the minute it came out. (I ended up finding out via Twitter.) No one can deny that Magda Alexander is a talented writer. Storm Ravaged just did not do it for me. I did not feel AT ALL the previous chemistry between Elizabeth and Gabriel. Then we have Gabriel's memory loss, his crazy mother, his murderous father, his sister only being his half sister, his beloved friend and confident turning on him and his dead brother not being dead!!!!! Also, was Elizabeth this annoying in the first book? I'm all for women's independence, but COME ON, Gabriel is handing you WHATEVER YOU DESIRE and you are going to bitch about how you want to leave and take a four-hour-a-day job WITH HIS ENEMY??? The ending was a cliff hanger...AGAIN, but to be honest, after all the over the top crazy and LACK OF CHEMISTRY between the two, I really don't care if I read it. And for those of you who know how much I wanted to read this book, you know that is saying A LOT!! Again, I think the author is talented but for me this just fell short. She does have another series, that on her website says is coming out in Feb., I will give this one a try and hope it has the chemistry driven characters that Storm Damaged had.

4.5 SCREAMING GOOD STARS
The story resumes three months after Storm Damaged after Elizabeth breaks up with him, not telling him her secret and letting him think she betrayed him. But he no longer has any memory of "Liz" and is now sporting a cane to support the limp due to his accident. Gabriel does a great job of hiding his lost memory from her, until after he informs her he knows about the baby due to his sister Brianna telling him about their relationship.
Though Gabriel doesn't remember her, he still knows how to make her body sing and Elizabeth is helpless to deny him. Their passion is electric.
And as their relationship grows, you begin to believe they could make a go of it, if it weren't for them both being stubborn in their positions and not communicating. But too much has happened and they are both afraid of giving too much too the there for fear of loosing what that tentatively have.
Turns out Gabriel is not only a product of his upbringing, he's more like his mother than he even realizes, manipulating people and situations to get what he wants. When he finally does remember everything, he is more determined that Elizabeth will do and be exactly what he wants from her. A mother to their son and a wife to him, living in London, all while ignoring her needs and wants. Until things come to a head and Elizabeth decides she can only bend so far before she has to be the woman she is.
I was on pins and needles the entire time reading this book. There was HOT sex, there were machinations behind the scenes. There was attempted murder, surprising reveals, dismissals of loyal employees and friends and total intrigue.
After his accident, it was like Gabriel broke. He lost part of himself when Elizabeth left him in Storm Damaged . To the point that his same attraction to her wasn't as immediate as it was the first time around. He knew there was something about her that drew him in and he soon understood what it was about her that must have captivated him the first time, but it took a moment. At first it was all about getting what he wanted, and that was her to marry him to legitimize his heir. That soon grew into him wanting to protect her and the baby from outside forces and then him wanting her as his wife for always.
Once he regained him memory and again thought she had betrayed him, though she told him why she lied, he changed again and was more demanding and manipulative to keep her by his side.
Elizabeth on the other hand, was a little whinny, which is why I didn't give the book a full 5 stars. I loved that she had a plan in life and I appreciated that she worked hard and found it hard to adjust when life and love got in the way of that plan. But she just kept driving it home, which I believe made Gabriel more desperate to be manipulative and keep her the way he wanted her. I feel like she was adjusting to the idea of being a wife and mother, but his crazy schemes that always came to light, caused her to feel like she was being kept in gilded cage. I think she could have taken a little more time and care to make him understand her point of view, but then it wouldn't be this relationship if it wasn't for his Alpha ways her her determination to be her own woman and nothing like her mother.
I was freaking out on the last page.
Magda does a great job with cliffy's. I don't like them, but in the case of this series, it definitely ratchets up my anxiety and anticipation for the next book. I want and need the next book so badly. I need to know what's happening next. Hopefully it won't be that long until the next book.

I'm a little sad. I won't lie.
Here are some spoilers, so if you haven't read, don't read.
1. Where is the HOT chemistry between Gabe and Elizabeth?
2. Can you two communicate maybe??? You clearly LOVE each other.
3. Where the heck did all of this talk come up about only 1 year and 1 month marriage come from???
4. Lost his memory???? OKAY. Don't buy it.
5. Smells the perfume and remembers. That could have been an AMAZING chapter, but NO it was washed over. He still doesn't believe her. She didn't do it. YOU LOVE HER.
6. He was in that terrible accident. Are you telling me that Bri didn't call Elizabeth to tell her that Gabriel needed her?
Rubbish.
7. Seriously? Crazy mommy needs the be in an institution. Clearly she is unhinged.
8. Um no. Elizabeth just walks away from her baby? I'll call you to make arrangements???? Bologna. Never gonna happen. I would NEVER EVER leave my husband and LEAVE MY CHILD. NEVER. Not realistic. NOT gonna happen.
No doubt magda is an amazing writer. Book three, please please please bring the fire back and let's get those two talking. AND, let's get jake and Bri together.

While I REALLY LIKED this book, I have to admit that I liked book one a little bit better. Reasons being: a) Elizabeth being simply annoying AND 2) the lack of amount of allure and sizzle we see between "Elizabriel" that we saw in
Storm Damages
.
You will indeed learn new secrets and see new challenges that both of our lovers will have to endure. But all and all, I feel as if we landed back in square one....but now with a baby in the picture...
Can't wait to see what happens in the conclusion of the trilogy!! The cliffhanger was just heartbreaking!!

I really liked the first book in this series but with this one I was disappointed ...
There was no vibe and no spark between the characters ... I didn't like decisions that Gabriel and Elizabeth made ... Didn't like were this was going ...
At the end the story has turned into a soap opera ...
And again the cliffhanger ...
I hope that last book in this series will be better and that the story will find a right track ...

No pude seguir. Super aburrido. Es una historia "tan olvidable" que me sentía como Gabriel sin memoria. Comencé este libro sin recordar ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA del anterior. Y sentía que estaba leyendo la copia de una novelucha pedorra de la tarde.
Decidí que Storm ya no me atormentaría *ba dum tsss*
Pd: Yo me hubiera quedado con los cuarenta millones.

This is Magda's 2nd book and also the second in the series. There are a lot of mixed reviews, but I for one throughly enjoyed this installment as much as I did the first one. I hope for the next to come out soon. What a cliffhanger. The story picks back up at the couple meeting each other again after 3 months. A lot has changed since the Liz walked out on Storm. She walks away thinking she is doing what is right to save the man she loves from a hateful and conniving mother. She also takes secrets away with her. Storm sets out on a self-destructive venture that causes him the lost of his mobility and his mind.
In this installment, secrets and past demons are revealed. Love is re-kindled and Gabriel Storm's manipulation is at the center of it all. Wow!!
I was okay with the heroine Liz, in first book, but in this one I'm kind of hating her. Very selfish and only thinking of herself and what she wants. I want to shake her. Storm is his usual, dominating, controlling self. He does everything within his power to get things his way and that works for a while.
This is a stormy romance with a lot of back and forth on the heroine's part. One day she is okay and the next she is doubtful of everything. It is well written and the author brings out the characters in a great way. The secondary characters are bought out in a way where you want to see if a book develops to tell their story. All and all I enjoyed this book very much. Great job Magda! Hurry up and get the next book to us.

Magda, Magda, Magda you have done it again.
This book picks up pretty much where SD (book #1) left off so it would be best if you read these in order.
I must say that my love for Gabriel that was oh so strong in the first book kinda fizzled out in this book.
*possible spoilers ahead.......sorry*
I know that he lost his memory and for that I felt really bad for him but the way he treated Elizabeth(at times)......not cool Mr. Storm! The way he went about entangling his life with Elizabeth rubbed me the wrong way. Yes she was his baby mama BUT he could have treated her better than he did. At times it was as if all she was was an incubator for his child.
That being said....Elizabeth. I wish she would have had a bit more of a back bone when it came to her basic human liberties being taken away from her by the one she loved. I wanted her to stand up to him a bit more. It was hard for me to find her endearing throughout this book with the way she felt about being preggers. Being a mother myself it was hard to connect to that part of her. I get why she felt the way she did.....it just didn't sit right with me.
All that being said I loved the book. I love the direction Magda took this story and cannot wait for the next one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Storm Ravaged is the 2nd book in the Storm Damages series.
The book starts out a few months after the ending of Storm Damages. Elizabeth Watson left Gabriel Storm months ago to save his company from being ruined. She let him think she had betrayed him. Now he is back in her life and she needs to make sure that he doesn’t know about the baby she carries.
Of course, he knows about the baby and pushes her for marriage. He uses lies to convince her to marry him. That wasn’t like he was in book one. In this one, he lies even when he doesn’t really have to. He is bossy and demanding and living with him would drive me insane. I can see why Elizabeth is bucking against what he wants.
Yet, Elizabeth just annoyed me somewhat in this story. I know in book one Gabriel was a complete alpha male but in this one, she is bound and determined to be her own woman, even at the risk of her marriage and her child. I saw just the tiniest bit of maternal instinct in one part of the story and that was it. You could tell that having a baby just hindered her life.
I wasn’t as happy with this one as I was with book one. I will get the last book just to see what happens but I was disappointed a bit in it.

Apparently this is a trilogy, because there was a damn cliffhanger I was hoping these two characters would get their happy ending but it was a cliffhanger. One extra plus in this book is there is chapters in Gabriel's point of view, "she may be planning to place the child with strangers, but the babe means something to her. Bloody hell. Now what do I do? The child will live in London with me. Would she accept a location in the States?" Gabriel he just doesn't know when to shut up:
"No. I can provide greater protection to a wife than a mistress."
"I'm not your mistress! I never was." He tone rises. I kick myself. I should have known the term's a hot button for her.
I mean seriously he just doesn't know when to shut up, "her face crumbles. Pain registers across her feature. "So your interest in me is because of the child I carry. Nothing more." He can be possessive still, "she's mine. No one will take her away. No woman. No man. Not even God." He's still horny, "thank you, Marisol," I say absentmindedly. Would there be enough time to make love to Elizabeth before dinner? God. I'm a randy goat to think so."

Read the second book and like the first one LOVED IT! The only thing I didn't love was waiting for it to come. I hope Magda does not take forever on the third book.
The twist of Gabriel losing his mind and his brother return was great. Didn't like that Elizabeth seems so cold with her child. Hopefully that will change a bit in the next book. It seem she was coming around at the end. The steaminess is not there like the first book. Which felt like a lot in the first book. You get more of a story line with some steaminess. Great balance! All in all I can't wait for the next book. Magda please don't wait until next year to release the next book.

I can't even put into words how this story has my heart. I felt every emotion over the last two days. Magda is a genius. There were so many twists in this book that I never saw coming. It was hard to down. As I came closer to the end I almost wanted to stop reading, just to make it last longer. This book leaves you with lots of questions, but I'm okay with that because it's so good. Dying to see how this trilogy ends.

It was still an ok book but I think that if I wasn't in the right mood, this might have been a DNF. There was a feeling of disconnect somehow. I didn't really feel the inner turmoil that Elizabeth was feeling or their relationship struggles. Considering all the over the top drama that this book had, it just felt flat. However, I'm still looking forward to the conclusion so that's a big plus for me.

2.5 stars because I loved the first book but I don't know what happened with this one. The characters were so different that they didn't even make any sense. I guess Gabriel had an excuse but Elizabeth? OMG, Elizabeth, shut up!

Oh boy...what a doozy of a situation Gabriel and Elizabeth have found themselves in!
Elizabeth pregnant with Gabriel's baby...believing that she has him convinced that she's the one that stole important business information and gave it to her client to suck more money to protect him from his vicious mother, she's back in the states and trying to move on with her current situation. When Gabriel returns to the states to finalize the business deal, Elizabeth is shattered when Gabriel barely acknowledges her.
Gabriel dealing with his loss of memory and trying to come to terms with the fact that his sister has informed him that Elizabeth is pregnant with his child, he returns to the states to finalize his business transaction...and complete a personal 'transaction' of sorts. Gabriel being Gabriel, he gets what he wants in one form or another and memory loss won't be a deterrent...

When I read the first book I had said the book was similar to 50 shades of gray until the end of the book anyway. but the second book? Was in no way similar. I really enjoyed the premise of the sequel but there were some serious issues that really bothered me and I couldn't quite see past them.
Okay, so what I enjoyed was the premise of the book. I thought it had a lot of potential and could go in several directions. My problem was it seemed to go in all of the directions. There was so much going on in the end of the book that that I just felt it was too much. Plus, I felt the author just kind of threw the story together last minute.
Towards the middle and through the end of the book there were several grammatical errors. (Personally I usually just skip over them. It doesn't usually bother me and I am not the best with grammar protocol, but I am also not an author). There were a few scenes where I had to go back and re-read it three-four times to try and figure out what the character was saying.
Also some small things kind of changed that are suppose to be unchangeable, like when the baby is born it had blue eyes but when Gabriel is looking at his baby later in the book he comments on how green they are, just like its mothers.
I did really enjoy the hey-hey scenes; quit descriptive. I loved Gabriel's dirty mouth. Not quit as vocal as in the first book, but still quit steamy. Gabriel and Elizabeth's relationship was very sweet when they were getting along, like during the honeymoon, but the sweetness never seemed to last very long. Issues constantly popping. I just wanted wanted to tell Gabriel and Elizabeth to just pack their shit and move to some remote island for a long while to work on their personal issues and to get away from all the craziness surrounding them.
The other issues I had are a bit of a spoiler but I feel I can't explain my irritations without mentioning some important pieces. Also, if you have not read the first book then I wouldn't recommend reading the spoiler.

In my opinion Storm Ravaged (Storm Damages #2) by Magda Alexander, had neither the magic, romantic suspense, likable characters, sexy scenes, nor editing quality of book one. Yeah, I liked it, it furthered the story line, but if this would have been my first exposure to this author, I don’t think I would have been drawn into the trilogy, with the same desire that Storm Damages (Storm Damages #1), had created.
My thoughts:
1) The cast of characters is increased in a modest way, so as a reader, we have met and formed opinions on most of the characters in this book.
2) Granted Gabriel, has suffered from memory loss for a good portion of this book, but I didn't like him. He was neither kind, loving, nor caring. Instead he was far more manipulative then he was in book one, lies, and staged situations to meet his goals come far easier to him. His character, although not as evil,is much more like his mother. I saw Gabriel’s character getting worse as the story line progressed even after his memory returns. I never felt the same romantic connection between he and Elizabeth, sure the sexual lust and need was there, but after a while it was just boring sex.
3) Elizabeth was doing pretty well considering the situation she found herself in at the end of book one. She neither felt sorry for herself nor lost sight of her long term goals. Once Gabriel re-enters the scene, she becomes so swept up in the love she remembers and the man he was, that she easily becomes the emotionally abused victim in Gabriel’s scheme. Don’t get me wrong, Elizabeth has not lost sight of her goals, but she has lost the power to pursue them, due to Gabriel’s all consuming control of her life. I was happy to see her stand up to his mother and not take her offer. I think that Elizabeth love’s the Gabriel he was in book one.
4) The baby – there was so much emphasis on the baby, its importance. At times I felt Gabriel was more interested in the baby then he was in Elizabeth. During a pregnancy the mother and the baby are tied together, so protecting the mother would protect the baby by default. I actually got tired of seeing the word “baby” in the book , prior to its birth. At this point in the story I feel sorry for the baby, as it’s just another pawn in the family infighting.
5) The Mother – evil, no redeeming qualities, nothing more needs to be said.
6) The siblings – they had some drama due to info we learn in this book, but they remained similar to the characters they had in book one, with the exception of .
7) The overall plot – This book lacked the suspense of book one, it lacked a romantic quality – it was like watching a family reality TV program, or being a fly on the wall in Henry 8th’s court in old England. Those that have power, money, and position use it to further their goals. A self-centered, selfish attitude. Those that think love will heal all and make things better, are living in a false reality.
I was sorry to see Tilly die, not sure how her death added to the story line. I was displeased with Gabriel firing Jake, for his part in . You would think that with all the things Gabriel has done, the lies and manipulations, he would have understood that this situation was out of Jake’s control. I was disappointed that Elizabeth’s life has been reduced to nothing more than a pawn, in some grand scheme that Gabriel has. Gabriel’s new concept love, need, and want for Elizabeth is nothing more than emotional abuse, carried out by stifling her long term goals, dismissing her value as a person, holding her captive, lying to her, using sex as a show of love, and the baby as a tool to make Elizabeth feel guilty.
8) Unanswered story threads
a) The fire, I can guess who had it set and why.
b) The family tension between the siblings – Ok this sets up things for book three to resolve.
c) The stolen documents, still not resolved from book one, mentioned again in this book
d) Gabriel’s accident, attributed to alcohol, no discussion of the connection to his headaches.
9) The books in need of better editing. I found this book lacked the quality of book one, misspelled words, missing words, uneven flow, questionable timeline between sections, and chapters ( in one chapter Elizabeth was 7 months pregnant, and two chapters later she was just 6.5 months pregnant).
All in all this was a 2.75 read for me, far from the 5 star read of book one , I will continue the series to see how this mess is resolved, hoping that Gabriel finds his humanity, and that Elizabeth gets the life, love and HEA she deserves.

WOW WOW WOW so much going on in this story - has your attention from start to finish - I coudl not put it down, however it ended with a HUGE cliffhanger...!!!???
Gabriel was his amazing yet over the top controling self again. I felt so bad for him and his leg issues because you can tell it total has taken a toll on the man he is and his abilities to do certain things. I just want to love him and never let go. And we never really learned what fully happened to his leg or why with all his money he has not been able to fully heal - maybe that will come in book 3...??? I did not like the way Gabe handled some things but could see where he was coming from, yet he really annoyed me a lot this book. But his love for Elizabeth is so obvious yet she thinks it's a game and pretend and he never comes out and says how he really feels. That was a hige change from book 1 and I am sure has to do with the car accident. I hope old Gabe comes back to us quickly (o;
Elizabeth finally saw the light and stood up for herself - I was so proud of her. I was also so happy about her turn of feelings about their baby - that really made me happy. Elizabeth's emotions, feelings and thoughts of who she is and who she wants to be were totally taken on a worldwind of manipulation, craziness and high drama. She is a very strong woman, great mum, amazing lover yet I felt she got the short end of the stick far too much in this story. I am hoping book 3 will give her some happiness and the fair and unconditional love she deserves.
Bri... I am not even sure what to say about the news Bri received after learning of her father's death and Gabe's true feelings for him - she is already a mess so I can only imagine she get's a little more out of control as book 3 unfolds.
Jeff... poor poor Jeff... Loyal to a fault and still Gabe does not get it or see his loyalty. That scene really made me mad because Gabe was totally being a hipocrit and that was so unlike the Gabe I have come to love.
...and Edward... That was a total WTF scene... I am still reeling on that yet commend his love for his brother and what he sacrificed for his brother for over 5 years.
And that crazy mother of thier's - she is a total loon, I am still thinking she is like 10 kinds of crazy all in one and really needs to be stopped and medicated.
So clearly book 3 will reveal a lot and now I'm so anxious to know when it will be released so I can get it - I was on pins and needles then the book ended - I wanted to pull my hair out at that point.
Magda - can we maybe we can get a book 2.5 if book 3 is not coming out for awhile - just a little something to reveal some news on Liz, Gabe and crazy mom...!!!???

I read Storm Damages last year and loved it - I gave it 5 stars. Although this book only gets 3 stars (for reasons I'll discuss in a minute) I will be purchasing book 3 to see how it all ends.
WARNING: this book is part 2 of a series and ends in a cliffhanger.
Storm Ravaged picks up about two months after Storm Damages ends. Elizabeth is pregnant and alone, and Gabriel Storm, her lover and the father of her baby, has not contacted her after she was forced to break his heart. Now that he is back in town, there's some question as to how he will behave towards Elizabeth, and whether or not they can find a way to go back to being strictly work associates.
Who are we kidding? No way that can happen. Not with these two.
This book has the same sexual energy that the first one did. When together, Gabriel and Elizabeth are incendiary. However I find myself disliking Gabriel in this book. He's an ass, he's unreasonable, and to me it seemed out of character based on book 1. In book 1 he was domineering, but he was also smart. He knew better than to make outrageous and elaborate lies, although he did hide a thing or two. Book 1, he hired some girls to "recognize" him to get Elizabeth to let him in her house. In book 2, he completely lies about the organization of his giant company and his plans for their future. It's a big leap and one the author couldn't get me to take.
Further, in book 1 Elizabeth is a spitfire who stands up for herself (except when sex with Gabriel is concerned) and largely still captains her life's journey. In book 2 this totally changes - and I don't like the new Elizabeth. She seems to give up a little too easily. I realize her life has changed dramatically, but I really miss her fire. I was also surprised to find out how little she bonded/nested with her baby before it was born. It doesn't make sense with how she behaves after the birth.
Aside from the plot, Storm Ravaged needs to go through another copy edit. Punctuation errors abound, as do typos and more. The last page of chapter 29 is completely garbled nonsense that doesn't even form complete sentences; I suspect it was meant to be cut. Had this been a beta read, I'd have expected it. That this was a book I paid for, I was a bit surprised.
If you're invested in Elizabeth and Gabriel from book 1, I suggest you continue with this book. It wasn't terrible and I am interested in seeing how it ends.

w t f?¿? Seems i'm a book masochist. I keep reading and reading truly disappointing stories lately.
This is the second book of Storm damaged. I didn't write a review for that because I've wanted to read the second book. Only to find out there will be a third. Never reading that one. (Glad to have reviews with spoilers on GR)
This is just sooooo poorly written and it's such a shitty story, it's like a 3 year old barfed the alphabet and all his nonsense on 200+ pages. It's like a bad telenovela looking for its siblings in the Latin american version of the Golden Raspberry.
Enough with all the insults. I'm sure some of you readers find absolutely enthralling the story of the British royalty (not the royal family, just Earls and dukes and other boring titles). But not this girl here. I'm fed up with the damaged and bipolar character of - insert character name here - Storm, (yeah, see, not memorable. Forgot the main character's name. AGAIN. AND HER name, AGAIN. Gabriel and Elizabeth. Charming, really. A little hopeful girl, who is caught in the shitstorm of Gabe's life. And she wants to be independent, and she really fights (please read this with a whiny voice), but she's too weak to do so. See, the thing is, she is schizophrenic. No, worse than that - autistic. Right this second she wants nothing to do with him, will tell him to leave, since he's behaving like such a pig. Next thing you know, she's marrying him even if he doesn't love her. At that very moment she doesn't love him either. Or so she tells herself. I mean, really? I don't want to keep up with all this bullshit and 2 cents scheeming.
I'm done. So yeah. 1 lousy star. And that's more than enough for my wasted time.

I needed this book as soon as I finished book 1. And I began reading it and could not put it down. Had to drag myself away to do my work. An almost perfect story. A few months after Liz leaves London and Gabriel, she is alone and pregnant. Still independent and working towards her degree and still working full time. When she has to see Gabriel to sign the final paperwork, he doesn't seem to know her. She is heart broken. He is in pain from the accident and it shows on his face, at least to her. What will happen when work finds out who the father of her baby is? What does Gabriel have up his sleeve for Liz and her baby? Will Gabriel learn to accept her independence or lose her in the end? Will Liz follow Gabriel's rules? There are some twists to this one that I was not expecting but loved them all. Yes there is a cliffhanger but the story is well worth the read. Wait for the last book if you want, then read them all together. Either way, you will not be able to put your kindle, nook or other reading device down. Great job once again Magda Alexander and can't wait for book 3.

I will admit I have been waiting for this book to come out after reading and falling in love with the first book. Like her other fans I went on the website and entered my email address so I would know when the next book in the series came out. Even thought Ms. Alexander promised me an advanced copy for review as a fellow author I felt it best to support her work by purchasing my own copy. Despite registering on her site I learned about the release by consistently checking Amazon for the release. Like other readers I was disappointed in this book. It almost felt like she sold out this series because she was concentrating on her next series and felt obligated to give us a book. I didn't feel the connection between the characters and felt the story was not consistent with her first book. My only hope is that in the last book of the series she is able to redeem herself and give us the chemistry we fell for in book one.

ugh! what did I just suffer through? ok, that's not quite accurate. The book was ok, but the story bored me to death! all the excitement happened in one place towards the end in less than a page. I skipped at least 30% of the book. The leading was there again. (its probably because he thinks this, must be....or he probably hears the sound of my this and can tell that) it wasn't as bad as the first book but bad enough that I just couldn't stop focusing on it. Gabe ended up being the total opposite of an alpha male and just became damn looney like mom...and Elizabeth? I think all she thought about was how gorgeous Gabe was and work. And the cliffhanger? Really? Another book? No thanks. What also got me was at the end of book one, he said marry me to her in either a text or message (that was not made clear to me) and she messaged him back telling him to leave her alone. in book 2 she says that he's never proposed to me and he may have said it too. Was that whole ending forgotten?

Storm Ravaged is the sequel of our beloved , panty melting , alpha male Gabriel Storm and Elizabeth' story . I got to say that I devoured this book in one day , yeah ... It is that good . Storm has returned to claim Elizabeth and their baby all tho he doesn't remember her or their time together but thanks to his sister he knows that Elizabeth is pregnant and the child maybe his , so there is only one way to fix it and that is marriage . The story line has so many twists that it will keep you in suspense and biting your nails , throw in the mix a crazy mother , murder, jail time , lies, deceit , shocking secrets, a dead brother that may not be dead after all , hot sex , another alpha male hottie sniffing at Elizabeth and the plot just gets better and better . The end was a major cliffhanger it left me with an " OMG" WTH !!!! Noooooo . ( sigh ) I'm going to die wanting to know what happens next , and waiting sucks . You did well Magda Alexander I can't wait for book 3 .

Ugh El enfermo NUNCA mejoró!!
Que suplicio de libro.... no debí continuar con esta saga... muuuy malo. Tengo tantas cosas que decir que no se que decir
Los protagonistas igual de insoportables que en el 1er libro.
Ella más hipócrita o bipolar (ya no sé cual de las dos) nunca la comprendí.... dígame con su fobia a los espacios cerrados: nunca me lo creí, él apenas le decía que entrara (sabiendo de su fobia) y ella aceptaba sin más, ni siquiera le daba un ataque o algo... cuando son fobias, por traumas en el pasado, no creo que se pasen así sin más verdad?... no fue nadita creíble, solo lo del túnel cuando el incendio me lo pude creer por la situación y a quien estaba protegiendo pero de resto tanto en el 1er libro como en este, nop!!
No sé... esta tipa claudicaba muy rápido ante el protagonista y eso no me gustó.
El super controlador y me salgo siempre con la mía (como odio a los protagonistas así)
Hubo muchas incongruencias con los dialogos entre los prota!!
