Gabe Addison's son, Daniel, is missing, kidnapped during the night from his high end house in an expensive Cincinnati neighborhood. Except Daniel isn't really Gabe's son. The child is a result of a six month bender his gambling addicted, alcoholic wife took two years earlier. With the FBI and police hunting down the wrong lead, Gabe is asked to dive into a world of gangsters, illegal gambling halls, and prostitution to find the missing child.
