What a book!! I need to buy the complete set because I read this first book in a very short time and want to know more of the story!!. I love James Patterson anyway so always enjoy what he writes.
Great way to dive back into Patterson via these BookShots series.
Fast paced thriller, as always, it’s well written. Needed a little more to bump up a star. An interesting twist as the kidnap suggested in the title is yet to unfurl.
Throw in a crime family boss, an ex police officer, people recognised in the departure lounge, the scene is set for an interesting read.
A short, quick read focussed on plot, as the first part of a novel, though set out to be basically novellas in a series. Although it is left on a cliffhanger, I don't know if I'll get to the next 4.
I initially read this two years ago, having stumbled across an e-book version .. the 30 min read set out an interesting storyline and a cliff-hanger ending .. I've been keen to see what happened next ever since, now finding the remaining 4 e-books opinion the Series available from my Library ..
While I kind of like the idea of book shots they’re just not engaging. I finished these 5 “books” of 50 pages each but no more for me thanks.m, most with a good 5 pages of filler as well.
I can’t in good conscience add the other for parts to my shelves because they will effect my book challenge totals.
What can I say, read the book in 15 minutes as was a typical Patterson book, a page turner. Will get the others in the series was want to know how it ends. Only problem is I read James Patterson so dam quickly .
Very fast paced and to the point as expected! Interesting story with a very likable main character, will definitely be reading the other parts.. I need to know if everything turns out OK.
A super suspenseful novella, can’t wait to read the continuation. What great little books to read when you have limited time and just have to get your hands on a book.
