This was just an OK read for me. The story itself was sweet. Charlie was a good heroine. Not overly annoying. Liam was sexy and sweet and a really great guy. Everyone was nice. It just wasn't WOW. It felt bland like something was missing. I didn't feel a spark or connection between Liam and Charlie. The letter her Dad wrote seemed odd and out of place (I mean how did he even know they were fighting?) Liam's parents are painted to be these uptight royalty types that were upset he choose to go to the U.S for school, but apparently have NO issue with him marrying Charlie?

Chasing Charlie is my favorite Aria Cole's book so far!
Charlie is sassy, beautiful, and smart and adores her family, even when they are a pain in her ass, lol!
Liam is a hot Irish aristocrat that is trying to pass unnoticed and enjoy the anonymity and simple life. That is, that's his goal until he meets Charlie! Them his aim taking a whole different target and dimension! And he's not one to give up easily. He will fight for what he wants with everything he's got, and in this his Irish charm dies come in handy! ;)
Loved both characters and specially Liam's OTT possessive and alpha thoughts on Charlie! He was absolutely perfect, because even with this cavemanish desires he treated her like something precious, so sweet!
And that epilogue... Wow... <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
If you want a sweet, scorchingly hot, smutty little read, this is for you!

Well I read it!
It is not my favorite book by this author but it was not too bad.
The hero was actually very understanding and kind of sweet. Maybe that's why it's a fail to me. He is more of less alpha but given her history here, this is totally acceptable.

The heroine is the one I found just blah! She just caves into her old boyfriend? Really?
That is just weak here!
Lots of guys said I slept with them in high school, I did not sleep with any of them to stop them from saying that!!! That's just stupid!!!!
It's like someone saying your a brunette when you are a blonde so to prove you are a blonde you dye your hair brown!
Really? That's just about the most stupid thing I have ever heard here.
Sorry stupid heroines are my pet peeve!
I will say the hero carried the book for me and loved the way he treats her like gold!
Not worth a reread but glad I read it.
I read all her books here but this new series is turning into a fail for me.
Should say the epilogue was sweet!

I love when an author can give us a sweet little story that doesn't have to be loaded with ow/om drama.

Liam is a hot Irishman who falls head over heals at first sight for Charlie. He knows she is the one for him and he will not take no for an answer.

Charlie is a strong young lady who has been through some things. She has closed herself off to the possibility of finding love. That is until Liam crashes through her walls.

-no cheating or ow/om drama whatsoever
-Charlie resisted Liam initially but she finally let him in

Chasing Charlie is a very fast paced sweet happily ever after romance!!! Aria Cole didn’t waste anytime as she introduces readers to Liam, the Irish hottie bartender who falls madly in love with Charlie, the boss’s daughter. So what happens when these two are off shift? Well, they get it on. Liam makes it known to Charlie that she belongs to him and that he will do anything for her even if it means mending her broken her heart. So will this Irish be getting lucky in love?



So if you are in the mood for a sweet and over the top romance then Chasing Charlie might be the book for you. I think the bonus of reading this quick read is the hot Irish bartender, Liam!!!

Okay, so before anything else, I wanna let you know first that Chasing Charlie is just my second Aria Cole read (Bending Bethany was my first) and I think I'm getting addicted to her short stories! I'm actually not sure if her other books are this short, but the hell I care! I'm going to read them all, because this woman writes about some of the sexiest and sweetest heroes in this romance world!



Chasing Charlie is the story of Liam Fitzpatrick and bar owner daughter, Charlie De Rossi. Liam is an Irish who attended university in the US. He ended up working at the De Rossi bar because he was looking for a part time job and at the same time, some fun while at school.

Then there, while working, he met the only daughter of the bar owner, Charlie. Liam's attraction to Charlie was instant BUT I kid you not, the flow of their is really, really good! Anyway, Charlie is also very attracted to Liam, however, she had her defenses on high alert because of an awful experience she had with her ex- boyfriend. Even though Charlie made it clear that she is not ready to be in a relationship, Liam vowed that it's going to be his life's mission to make Charlie fall for him. Then the rest of the story is going to be one hell of a ride that you must experience!



As I mentioned, this is a very quick read. Maybe in an hour or a couple of hours, you'll be able to finish it. But you know what's amazing? It might be short, but Aria Cole was able to make me feel attached to her characters. She also successfully squeezed in some very important elements in this book. There's a little drama, a little fun, a lot of sexiness and so much love! I swear, Liam Fitzpatrick is that hero who is going to make you beg for more!



All in all, I enjoyed Chasing Charlie so much that I'm actually wishing Aria will give me more of Liam and Charlie in the future. *sigh* A girl can wish, right?

If you're looking for quick escape, with some hot, dirty- talking heroes in them, I am highly recommending this book to you! You'll love Liam and his Irish lamb stew! LOL!

This book had all the feels in all the right places. Aria Cole did not disappoint in this book!! so sweet and swoon worthy. I can't say enough about Liam and Charlie, those two together was just what I needed. This is a short read but such a beautiful love story I adored it! I would love to get a story on Charlie's brother Vince and how he found love hint hint lol!

I really enjoyed this one. I loved Liam and was not that upset over his secret. It was not that big of a deal. Luckily, she came around fast.

A beautiful, sweet story with insta-love/lust plot and captivating characters. The author once again delivered a wonderful story with great ingredients, fast plot, hot scenes and sweet dialogues.

If you have already read from the author you will know by now that she creates stories like modern fairytales and that one wasn't an exception besides a possessive/caveman style hero (Liam) we have a strong heroine (Charlie) who i personally adored, and both characters have great chemistry. As always the end was sugary so you don't have to worry about that, you should definitely read it by the end of it you will have a big smile on your lips!! And certainly i'm looking forward to read the next creation!!!

Cute.....but just okay for me 2.5**

I am a huge fan of insta-love reads which is why these type of authors are kind of a go to for me, however, "Irish" gave me whiplash.

Liam is recently hired to tend bar for the summer and the minute he spots Charlie he is a goner. She is his and nothing was stopping him from getting his girl. Man, the thoughts that ran thru his mind. Whew!!!

Charlie is the daughter of the owner of the bar and she has no chance against Liam. He is extremely hot and sweet, but Charlie's heart had been broken years ago, and it's something that she has not been able to get over. She tries to resist Liam, but the harder she resists the more he chases.

Just when she decides to give Liam a chance, she discovers his secret. I did not think it was such a big deal, but with a girl with such severe trust issues and who had asked for complete honesty from Liam, I get her.

Very sweet epilogue

Give me a story featuring an Irishman any day of the week and I'm hooked...just like Liam was hooked on Charlie the moment he saw her.

Chasing Charlie is another over-the-top story of instalove/instalust from Aria Cole and probably my favorite out of all of the ones I've read. Liam and Charlie are a typical case of when opposites attract, but Liam doesn't let their differences stop him from getting the girl. Charlie has some issues that threaten to cause some drama, but luckily Liam works his Irish magic and makes her see he's not like her ex. Liam is so dominate and verges right on that edge of possessiveness that makes me uncomfortable, but he's restrained enough that it never really goes too far.

I love the epilogues in these stories, seeing a little glimpse into the futures of these couples...they are also so happy and filled with love. And babies, lots of babies!

So when I started reading Chasing Charlie I immediately found a new delicious alpha to warm me under the covers. Liam is sinfully delectable. Just imagining his accent as he whispers sweet nothings into Charlie’s ear will have any woman melting with desire. Add the fact that he’s a bartender and on top of that a wealthy prince and you have one helluva man.
Charlie was sweet and hard working. She likes Liam and can’t keep from falling for the man, but honestly, who could. Add in a devastating past and a hurt heart and Liam has his work cut out for him. But he doesn’t give up that easily, which makes this book a sweet and sexy Irish treat.

This was another quick, enjoyable, and steamy read from Aria Cole. I have definitely enjoyed each and every one of her stories, and I love how sucked and I get into all of them. This story gave me two characters I instantly connected to and loved, and I ate up every single bit of what I got with them in this story. Chasing Charlie by Aria Cole is quick, sweet, and another great novella that had a swoon-worthy Irish alpha and a strong, beautiful heroine who captures his attention the moment they meet.

Working as a temporary bartender during the summer after his last year at university, Liam Fitzpatrick is completely stunned speechless by the sight of the beautiful Charlie, whom he soon learns is his fellow bartender for the night and the daughter of the owner.

Charlie de Rossi has always been treated as one of the boys and can definitely hold her own. Like Liam, she feels the instant attraction between them but past experience has her treading carefully and holding back. Luckily, for her Liam is a persistent "Irish Playboy Bastard" and is more than to chase after his woman.

I enjoyed Ms. Cole's Chasing Charlie. It had a good storyline, enough heat and definitely a lot of sweet especially from Liam! I would loved to be wooed by him.

Overall, I very much recommend and continue to look forward to reading more by this author.

Aria Cole has become a go-to author for me when I want sweet, dirty and fast. Her books are a great way to pass a little time and when I want a hero that is perfect in every way. When I first ran across her amazing and crazy hot stories, she gained an instant fan in me. If you don't like everything instant and easy, then keep on going.

Chasing Charlie is a sweet, sexy, passionate, intense, and insta-love story full of smiles, laughs, and steam. This book hooked me from the first page and didn't let go until the end. I laughed. I swooned. I fell head over heels in love. This was a fast read, that I devoured in one sitting and when it was over, I instantly missed these two.

I highly recommend this book.

What a beautifully wonderful story. Two people from different cultures/countries who meet and fall in love. One who doesn't want to return home and one who is mildly broken. One who is protected by her family and One who wants to be the one to protect her.
