It's a little hard to navigate/figure out, but with this book and some previous knowledge of Latin, it's not a big jump from the Liturgy of the Hours to the Roman Breviary.

Edit: I am using the Baronius Press edition of the Roman Breviary, which has Latin and English side-by-side. Without that, it would be a struggle.

It's a manual and gives the information needed in a concise though dry way. It's to be expected.
