Good book with decent information but the ebook version needs editing!

This book was a pretty good book filled with wisdom from Golden Era bodybuilder Frank Zane. He mainly focuses on fitness for overall health and longevity in this book, but there are fitness routines and teachings for bodybuilding (maybe not as much as his other books, though). I would've given this book 5 stars. However, Frank started to lose me some when he started getting very philosophical. I do love philosophy, but there were a few times when I was like, "What in the world are you talking about?!" My other gripe is that the Kindle version which I purchased is FILLED with typos, grammatical, and formatting errors. I've never submitted so many typo reports to Kindle before. There's no excuse for it. Other than that it was a good book with lots of practical information and guidance on how to stay fit and healthy as one ages. By the way, Frank still looks great and he is in his 80s now!

I do respect Mr. Zane very much, so I rate it 4 star. Though the book is rather outdated, it still contains a lot of useful information on training, food and ... meditation.
