I don't really know what I was expecting when I started Bad Judgment, but what I got was so much more. This story sucked me in and didn't let go until the last page was read.
Justine is in law school and the scholarship she needs to be able to pay for school is now gone. She resorts to tutoring Ryker, the guy who has been asking her out for two years. Once they start studying together, and spending time with each other, they realize just how much they enjoy being around one another.
Will Justine be able to handle a relationship with Ryker, along with graduating at the end of the year with her grades in tact?
This book was sooooo good. I couldn't put it down. Justine and Ryker's chemistry was off the charts. No matter how hard she tried to resist him, after two years, Justine couldn't help but give in.
Bad Judgment had a very interesting concept, and it had me worried about how it would play out but I think it was handled well—except for a minor detail that had me a bit confused. Both Justine and Ryker had secrets that they kept from each other, and that, too, made it all the more interesting to see how it would come together.
I really enjoyed this book but I think that I couldn't give this book five stars simply because of that minor detail, and some other small parts. Despite that, I still very much enjoyed this book and loved the story, and will be reading more from this author in the future. ~ Leah, 4.5 stars

Lies make love even more complicated…
And oh, so entertaining! Justine Porter and Ryker Grant had been circling around each other for a while, until circumstances forced them into closer quarters. He wanted her and she was determined to resist. He thinks she’s hot and she thinks…
“…he’s stupid hot. As in, the kind of hot that makes smart girls stupid.”
Not that Justine was going to admit her attraction… not out loud anyway.
”While he might be tall, sexy, and mouth-wateringly gorgeous, he’s also got a lock on the crown for the kingdom of Entitled Douche Bag.”
Do you ever have that feeling when you are always waiting for the shoe to drop? That’s what it felt like reading this well-written, slow to sizzle story. A story based on lies is usually not my thing, but I couldn’t resist the pull of this author and had to give it a try. Thank goodness!
Ryker was edgy for sure, angry at the choices he was also forced to make. He still managed to endear himself though, despite his sometimes EDB (Entitled Douche Bag) exterior. Justine was completely likable with her compassionate heart and so-not-perfect life. I loved how she rolled with the punches and couldn’t help but feel bad even when the choices she made didn’t feel like options at all.
Bad boy meets good girl? More like two people doing what we all do—trying to make it through life while clinging to ideals that make it difficult. And they did it in a courtship that blended humor, sexy banter and life in a mix that felt just right.
And with complete subtly, of course… New, fun word? “dick print”. ~ Diane, 4 stars

I truly enjoyed Bad Judgment. I loved how Justine and Ryker interacted both with their regular playful banter and between the sheets. Ryker truly was just what Justine needed to help realize what she was missing out on in life—really living and having some fun. And Justine was a great moral compass for Ryker. He'd been given so much by his parents that he really didn't know how hard it was for others to make it through the day every day. I loved their study sessions and how they just had fun with each other. There were many times I found myself laughing out loud with their antics.
Add in a bit of a crazy plot twist toward the end, and you'll be sitting on your hands so you don't throw your kindle. You've been warned! ~ Missy, 4.5 stars
