This came recommended to me by a friend who lives in Yorkshire and so I enjoyed it as a description of that area and the farmers of past. I loved the friendship and easy way that Cara joined the farm that she would grow to love. The love story sort of devolved as the story went on, but as the title said, it was all about her finding a love for herself and the land. Perhaps a bit old fashioned, but a fun easy read.

Good book

Lovely book and I loved the Yorkshire characters, the scenery was so clearly described and the storyline was believable. This was the first Elvi Rhodes book I have read but I've already bought more!
