OMG!! sori kasi dahil sa nagtitipid ako at mabigat talaga sa bulsa tong librong to--ayun at sinabwat ko ang kaibigan ko na e download to..in short PINIRATA ko..sori sa author nito..actually unang ko siyang nakita sa national bookstore nung bago palang labas to at subrang na curious ako sa summary..kaya pinilit kong hingin sa kaibigan ko at natalo pa ko sa kanya ng 400 na pizza para lang mabigay niya yung gusto ko--bayad ko daw sa pagod niya ng pagkalkal sa files at pagpa download sa kanya..o kitams? subrang adik ko talaga..at yung part pa na nakakatawa ay sabay kami ng kaibigan kong lalaki na nagbabasa nito at pagmagkita ay kinukwentuhan din namin ang mga nabasa namin at kung sino ang makauna samin magkukwento tapos tanong ng tanong--yung ending lang naman pagsabihan ka na "MAGBASA KA" nakakatuwa at hindi maka relate ang mga kasama namin sa pinagkukwentuhan namin dahil ibang daigdig yun at kapwa kami tuwang tuwa--yung iba nakatunganga nalang..

hindi lang sa maganda--kundi subrang ganda talaga..kahit gaano kakapal ang librong to-pinagpupuyatan ko talaga sa subrang exciting nang mga kwento na meron sa librong to..from I AM NUMBER FOUR, THE POWER OF SIX, THE RISE OF NINE and THE FALL OF FIVE and hinihintay ko pa rin ang next book niyan kasi hindi pa tapos..series kasi..

I love all of the books I never want the series to end at the same time I want to know what happens at the end like do all the dead Guarde come back to life to fight together as all of the 10 new elders that would BE THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD IF THAT HAPPENS!!!!!!

Review of the first book, from awhile back:
"Poorly written with hollow characters who don't talk like actual human beings do. Everyone's actions and reactions are completely unbelievable and seem to be there to serve the plot rather than rising organically from the plot movements. So the same goes for any theoretical character development. Instalove. The main character while super-bland only has some spark of personality when he shows a spoiled assiness. The aliens' backstory is stupid and generic.

Occasionally has some suspense."

After reading the second and third, minimal improvement at best. I suppose I mildly like Marina if pressed to choose. I can see why this series has been largely forgotten.

Really liked this book.

The book was very interesting. The main characters pursue an enemy that destroyed their home world. The event that they face is pretty tough to beat. During these the books they are still discovering their powers and finding each other.

The books are clean of sexual content, but there are plenty of profane words. I’d recommend it for anyone over 14.
