Nothing particularly novel here. It’s a VERY good book for increasing active participation in math courses. Even if one doesn’t employ all the the techniques with fidelity (and you can’t), it’s one of the best books I’ve read on math content specifically. The only point I’ll add is that it was, like a well thought out curriculum map for a district, a helpful tool in thinking about vertical alignement.
